I have had GEEK Squad membership for years. It remains the best service agreement we have. Their last installation of anew TV, remounting TV's we moved and all are audio equipment was outstanding. Enjoying it every time we turn it on !!!!

This is the easiest remote we’ve ever had. And all the components respond quickly to commands. This was an upgrade from our old remote but it was worth every cent. The Geek Squad did a thorough job installing everything and we haven’t had any problems with it.

Jesse and Evan did a great job adding outdoor speaker functionality to my existing system/universal remote. I’m very happy with Jesse and Evan’s work. They both are knowledgeable, courteous, patient and friendly. Also thanks to Adam Tim for expediting the scheduling.

The Greek Squad personal (Walter) shared his knowledge in how many years he has been doing this procedure. I felt confident that the set up of the flat screen t.v. etc. would be wired up to work properly.

The agents installed my tv and got it running. They also installed my camera doorbell and got it running, but it later stopped working.

The Agents arrived on time. They had all the materials needed to do the job including the remote control which had been sourced from the Mission Valley store. They were knowledgeable and efficiently worked through the programming and troubleshooting of the remote

Technicians improved from home theater experience significantly

My Universal remote control was program by Geek Squad and a lot easier to enjoy my home theater. My wife can operate the remote without asking me. You can click to TV, Blue Ray, radio, music, phono, disk player etc.

Working with the Geek Squad had made my move easy. After years of doing my own install I simply said "Let someone else do it I'm too old..LOL". They have done a good job and gone beyond some of my requests with no problems

The Geek Squad Agent was exceptional. I can't thank him enough!! The agent re-programmed my ADV Remote and then provided complete instructions for the use of the remote. TV, Smart TV, Surround Sound Audio, and Receiver all now work perfectly together.

The two Geek Squad technicians did a fantastic job of reprogramming my X-8 remote control. They had to undo some troubling connections done by the cable company when they installed Tivo in my home. The two technicians did a thorough job and answered all my questions.

The agent swapped input on the receiver and reprogrammed the remote. Waiting on a new receiver.

Honestly, I am giving 5 stars only because once the work began in earnest the job was completed. Circumstances leading up to finally getting my remotes programed was unbelievably awful.

Changed from MX 3000 to hand held remote. Installation was a breeze with Geek Squad. No problems ever with remote after install.
