The two the technicians were EXCELLENT! They have assisted with recommendations to upgrade wireless capabilities, set-up televisions, and linked home systems. Their professionalism and knowledge was superb. I will definitely use Geek Squad again and recommend their service without hesitation. Our technicians were Harmony and Corrine - they deserve 5 stars!

In 2024 I purchased an upgrade to my home theater system. This included a Savant control system which enabled me to control additional speakers. In November of 2024, I upgraded my Internet to use Starlink. After doing this, the system would not link with my home wireless network. I contacted the geek squad and they sent a technician, Chris, out to troubleshoot my system and get me connected. Chis did fine with my home wireless network, but he admitted that he did not have much experience with the Savant system. He was going to contact someone who did have experience and get back to me. It has been more than a month now and I still have not heard back from him. I have spent more than $5,000 on the home theater and Starlink and the Savant purchased from Best Buy. I paid an additional $280 to get the Starlink connected and I paid and additional fee for the tech team to come out and get my system working. This has still not happened. I am questioning what my tech support membership gives me at this point when Best Buy cannot even get the equipment they sell to work properly. I put that I would recommend Geek Squad to a friend in the hopes that this will be corrected, but that was because there was no option that gave me an opportunity to say "still waiting."

The Geek Squad did an excellent job with setting up my Home Theater and Bar areas of my recently finished basement. They are very professional, know technology and install components to meet the customer's needs.

The Geek Squad with JJ as lead did a great job. One of the peices of equipment didn't work and he came back and replaced it. They were very patient with us explaining how to work the equipment. They gave us a number to call if we had any trouble. Great to do business with. A. Smith

On this installation of the new remote it took three sets of installers to get it done and then it has been so complicated I need someone to come back out and go over the instructions!

I had a great experience with the geek squad recently. Tyler and Emanuel were the geek squad representatives. They were both professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. and they did a superb job with the installations they performed. i would highly recommend the service and these two representatives.

The staff that installed the equipment was professional, competent
and responsive. However I am having far too many issues with my new system to be satisfied. The audio goes out unexpectedly, TV shuts off without notice and I have to reboot my cable box far more frequently than I did prior to the install of the new system components. I expect better for all the high end components I just purchased. Spending as much money as I did for the best system available should have given me a better experience.
