Johnathan was great, on time, kept me informed, smart, knew what he was doing. He helped me pick out a new laptop and printer for a good price and that would meet my needs. He transferred all my old files to my new laptop, got me all setup and running smoothly with my old desk top monitor, wireless trackball, keyboard, and a new CD read/writer to help me convert a lot of my old files to thumb drives. As a special gift this year, my daughter sent us 12 Christmas DVD’s for the 12 Days of Christmas with special treats for each movie. We did not have a DCD player and thought we would not be able to see the movies. However, Gary came to our rescue and got us a new one and installed it so we can start our movies tonight. Now that’ service!
