Outsourced installation teams - no accountability.

The field install teams came multiple times and gave various reports back to BestBuy. In the end, it didn't work out - so I had to use my own handyman. It was a disaster. I'll never use BestBuy install services again. It's all outsourced and they don't have accountability.

Worst service experience imaginable

They literally could not even get the right people sent out in four tries. Never could install.

Now it’s broken. Error code D90 indicating vent blockage. Best Buy scheduling repair of the damage they caused in 5 days!!
