This is not true. They did not order the parts to complete the install and told me I had to order them and pay for the extra parts. I am still waiting. They cancelled todays install again. July 17. 2nd time they cancelled. On the day before the installation was to take place. 1st washer and dryer was damaged also. This they left for us to use

Installers did not have a cosmic clue how to install this side venting kit. Lucky for me I bought enough elbows and extensions to circumvent the whole issue. It wasn't the installers fault but the actual internal design of the dryer that I bought. Even the OEM didn't have a proper install manual or the proper venting parts for the side vent install. It would have cut the vent hardware in half if it was able to be properly added to the dryer. I had bought the plate that fits over the side vent exhaust hole originally for the back exhaust retrofit.

Was not what i expected. So much money you have to spend with this set. I thought i was getting them to completely install but i was not. The men that did the work were amazing. They helped me but this packaged deal was not part of it. Making it clear it was not the men that istalled it but BestBuy did not explain the process i needed.

Specialist installers had no idea how to set up the side discharge vent. They were in an extreme hurry to get done. In the end they installed a sloppy rear vent to the existing side thru wall outlet, leaving the dryer out from the wall. In two days time the vent came off, venting heat and lint into the laundry area. I had to hire someone else to install the dryer properly, and now it works just fine. Disappointed.

Absolutely horrible. They did not install the side vent properly and it fell out. It was not secured at all as they couldnt be bothered and clearly do not take pride in their work. Danbury store manager is rude, not helpful and speaks so quickly only to get annoyed when you ask him to slow down.

For this installation, Best Buy used a 3rd party installer, not the geek squad guys. They installed it loosely, did not secure or tape in where in connects inside the dryer. So the vent fell off and we used it for 6 months with the exhaust and lint blowing around inside the dryer. Finally got a geek squad guy out to service. They had to disassemble the whole unit and clean it out for over an hour to remove all the built up lint. Was a major fire hazard that whole first 6 month of operation.

Love my new washer and dryer. There was problems getting the installs done but once they were done all is good.

Terrible service four guys came and no one thought to get the reverse kit and expect me to get it and then charged me for this. They were totally incompetent. because no one looks they just type away on computers and waste time and resources, They charged me to reverse and then for the kit. I think they are so BIG that one hand has no clue what the other does. They wanted to haul away the dryer before the failed install then came back 2 weeks later. \ George Rogu M.D.

No one would side vent my dryer except Best Buy, we had to special order the kit, however, the gentleman who did it was quick and knew what he was doing.

My dryer needed to change the vent from the back to the side. Geek squad figured it out.

Came on time,installed the vent and reconfigured the unit position so no further installation was required.

This product was installed by the Appliance delivery team, Unfortunately, it became disconnected in just a few days.

The guys who installed the side vent for my dryer did a great job.

I was charged $139.00 plus tax for side wall installation and $26.99 plus tax for vent kit when installers came to install they were given the wrong vent. I was told this would be expedited I purchased 2/19 and still not fixed never purchase again from Best Buy they don't seem to care!
