I bought a tv stand that I assembled myself. I allowed Geek Squad to mount it on the tv stand because I wasn't able to do that portion alone. They did a great job and even corrected some of the pieces I screwed on backwards.

The Geek squad mounted my TV and connected my reciever and explained everything to me on how everything works.

Adding the mount for gaming console made my son dresser and room less cluttered. No visible cables, excellent job!

Great guys Brandon and Roger are super helpful and highly knowledgeable. They work quickly and proficiently together. Both of them are entertaining as well. Also explained things that are easy to understand. I hope to see them both in the future. Fantastic work guys. On the setting up the LG and the Sanus stand. I could use some more bizarre movie recommendations as well.

we have used William J. to install, 4 new Samsung TV's, 3 each 50" 4K and a 82" Samsung QLED 4K UHD, HDR Series 7 and Sound Bar., With Tech Support, William J also calibrated the entire 82" TV and Sound Bar after initial burn in. It made a world of difference in picture quality and sound over factory default settings TV comes with.

These two agents came in & immediately started to work on disassembling our old tv & stand in preparation of the new cabinet & TV. They assembled the cabinet as requested & placed where I wanted it. Placed the tv in the best position & showed me how to properly operate all its new features. These guys were the best!!

This was well worth the money. It would've been far too much TV for one person to try and mount. Two guys showed up, and they had it unboxed, mounted and ready to go in no time at all. If you live alone, I'd highly recommend this service with larger TVs, like my 55" Sony 4K HDR HDMI TV.

Geek Squad came to my home to mount 4 TV’s and 3 Floating Shelves. They were knowledgeable, professional, and they made the installation seem effortless. They were in and out and the job was done meticulously. I have no complaints and I know the job was done right.

I was not sure how this would actually work but trusted the tech at the store that we would be happy with the result. Geek guys got it mounted right under the TV. Unit very compact and since it mounts to the wall there was no need for more furniture. Very happy with the product.

The Agent was outstanding. He installed our TV and had a great picture and all the features working properly in no time. He spent time with my wife and I to be sure we were able to use the Remote and answered all of our questions.

The geek squad personnel that installed my electric fireplace did an outstanding job. Unfortunately, I forgot the gentleman's name; however, he was very knowledgeable, polite and did an excellent job. (hey give this guy a raise)

Everything has gone well with all the different services from the Geek Squad including mounting of sound bar, installing TVs on the wall including two over fireplaces and everything works making me happy with the services.

When I had a rep come out to review the wall and help select the needed hardware I was told the install was going to put the wires hidden in the wall for building code... I could have screwed the tv on the stand and saved a lot of money. Bestbuy keeps giving me a run around and said I should have been charged extra for that in addition to the install and the rep made a misrepresentation when I was charged.

I purchased the basic range mount. It was 1/3 the price of the one with all the motion range but actually is all one really needs. I was told if not happy, I could have the other installed at no cost except cost of mount. Please with the mount.

I wanted a complete system with this big purchase. The mount here is very sleek looking and blends in beautifully with my new Samsung 75" QLED. I, myself, would have been hesitant to do the install. However with the Geek Elite membership I purchased this "add-on" was expertly installed in no time at all leaving a clean look to the set up and a very workable and viewable end product.

the geek squad mounted my tv sound bar and furniture mount for cable box. the work they did was professinal they also hooked up a new router check my signal output. the work was done neatly and they went over all necessary info

The Geek Squad installed a replacement wall mount for our TV after initially the first mount was defective. They called prior to arriving, quickly replaced the mount and cleaned up after themselves. They were professional and courteous.

My geek squad guy was great! Things didn’t completely go together as easily as we thought( needed some different parts) I got the parts and he came back and finished the job, and finished the job well and right. Very happy with the results!

Bought a new tv, needed the 46" 1080p removed, and replaced with the new 48.5" Before I knew what was happening she had the old tv removed, boxed, new tv opened, unpacked and reinstalled within 20 minutes!. Then 10 minutes of updates and setup

This stand has a lot of weight an was a great addition to our purchase as it allowed us to use our current tv stand which fits perfectly in our space. Our previous tv had a central stand an this new one had legs on each end which would not have worked.
