5 Stars is not enough for tech Brian. I would give him 10 stars. I've had Brian before assisting with the set up of a Logitech Harmony remote control and today needed help with our Denom A/V receiver which was not working properly.
After a thorough evaluation and testing the cause was found and corrected. I usually can correct issues with our entertainment system, however, without Brian's help there's no way I would have figured it out on my own.

The agents respectfully came into my home, unboxed and installed my new device configuring to all of my networked devices (including my 9.1.2 setup) with ease. They tested everything to my satisfaction and left their card in case I ran into any issues after the fact. Great service!

These guys were top notch! We just moved in and having problems with our in-house built in stereo system. It was a quick fix for them, the cable box wasn’t set up for the stereo. Next they helped us set up our DVD player, another quick fix. Finally they were trying to get my wireless printer set up with our new router. Couldn’t make it work, so we bought another wireless printer at Best Buy. Very knowledgeable and personable. Great job!

The guys did a great job getting the TV mounted in a tight spot. However, and I don't think this was the Geek Squad guys's fault, the Bluesound components are not operating the sound system very consistently. I get occasional cutouts. I can't get any sound out of the subwoofer or the surround speakers. This may be due to the phone app controller, which is very confusing and there is no physical or online manual that I can find to consult. I will be calling the Geek Squad to get further assistance.
