Geek squad set up my antenna. I am not very good at electronics and used it was done within minutes. And I know it was done right because I get over 100 channels. I will always have big squad protection it saves me money over the course of the year and is well worth it!

Arrived on time. Call ahead. Everything was installed properly and I was trained a bit on how to use the sonus sound bar.

The agent hooked up my surround sound old equipment to my new TV. The jacks from my old system no longer worked with the ports to the new TV. While I had purchased an adapter, I still could not hook up the old with the new. He hooked it up, got the sound working throughout the house and got rid of at least 4 cables that were no longer needed. What a relief.

Geek Squad is full of rockstars. The tech who put this together for me basically had to reconfigure my Internet (not a Geek Squad product or service), which he did. THEN get my Sonos system connected. MAN, I'll so use GS from now on. No excuses, just spot-on knowledge and connection know-how. Fabulous.

Kody and Blake from the Chico, CA Best Buy installed two new JBL sound bars for me. They did a great job! They are efficient, quick, polite, neat and tidy cleaning up boxes, styrofoam, etc. prior to leaving. They made sure I understood how the sound bars worked before they left. They work well together and make a great team.

Tristen and Kevin made me happy again after setting up my surround sound. They arrive on time and are very professional. I'm pleased and happy with them solving the set up for me.

The Geek Squad completed the installation of my TV efficiently and expertly. They were pleasant and followed all COVID precautions. They also assisted with the TV settings to make certain the picture and sound quality was topnotch. I would recommend the Geek Squad to family and friends. I spent weeks trying to get my Sonos system to work after an update happened a few months back. I’m a fairly smart guy when it comes to this stuff but this one I just could not figure out so I called the geek squad.! They came in and within 35 to 45 minutes they had the problem solved and had my system up and running. They did a fantastic job it was well worth my money.

This isn’t the first time my family has benefited from the outstanding service of The Geek Squad. It’s been maybe 5-7 times and each time it’s a relief to know we’re in good hands. Very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly.

Had Geek Squad out 3 times for problems with pairing and correct operation of the remote & TV, back to store for 3 times, They came through and replaced both the TV & remote and reviewed sound problems with audio due to open concept with vaulted ceilings, suggested changing location of sound bar, waiting for ordered brackets to see if solve problem. Their tech James & Kosta are great & patient! Will review again once it's moved.

The Geek Squad Technician who performed the service was top notch, extremely proficient, knew exactly what needed to be done, did it in an outstanding skillful manner, and is a tremendous credit to the Best Buy organization.
