The agents corrected a Sonos incorrect audio system setting back to original working condition. Have used Geek squad several times in the past, always satisfied.

Geek Squad is full of rockstars. The tech who put this together for me basically had to reconfigure my Internet (not a Geek Squad product or service), which he did. THEN get my Sonos system connected. MAN, I'll so use GS from now on. No excuses, just spot-on knowledge and connection know-how. Fabulous.

Kody and Blake from the Chico, CA Best Buy installed two new JBL sound bars for me. They did a great job! They are efficient, quick, polite, neat and tidy cleaning up boxes, styrofoam, etc. prior to leaving. They made sure I understood how the sound bars worked before they left. They work well together and make a great team.

The agent hooked up my surround sound old equipment to my new TV. The jacks from my old system no longer worked with the ports to the new TV. While I had purchased an adapter, I still could not hook up the old with the new. He hooked it up, got the sound working throughout the house and got rid of at least 4 cables that were no longer needed. What a relief.

Geek Squad installed all my flat screen T.V. And two Sonos Sound 5.1 and did a great job.
