The Geek Squad Tech hooked up my Devialet speakers to my CD player. It was a very tricky process. French Tech is not very user friendly. He did it and it still works after 2 weeks. Amazing

These guys are amazing. Had me set up with a new antenna, hiding all wires, installed a sound bar and a wireless speaker system, hung my tv and set the whole thing up mixed with a great experience. Best I've had with a purchase in decades....

Hyatt and Eli did a fantastic job in setting up the Samsung sound bar. Gave me a brief orientation on how to use the sound bar. They’re were very neat and set up the wires in a organized way.

If you don't have this service or you don't use the Geek squad you are missing out on some great help. We have used them a number of times. and it is always good installation and set up and they even explain it all to you.

Mike is the greatest - he hooked up the 6 components to my Denon Receiver, and was able to make everything work together - HDMI, Digital and Analog units.

Stephen was the highlight of this entire transition. He is very professional and highly skilled. He installed all equipments with a smile and good attitude. Excellent service for the geek squad team

Ives and his partner were fabulous for the install of our new sony TV. We were disappointed that we didnt get a call back the following day as we were told we would, but it was close to the holiday.

We are fortunate to have Jay in our area when it comes to installing our home audio systems. He’s knowledgeable and professional when installing and/or correcting our devices. He makes sure we know how to use our new purchases and is available to ask questions after he’s completed the setup.

The Geeks set up both a wireless Sonos speaker system and an eero dual band WiFi mesh system in my home in about 30 minutes. They were very polite and professional, making sure all my questions were answered before they left.

After buying our new television at Best Buy, we had the Geek Squad to come out and hook up our surround sound. They did an excellent and professional job. I have used Geek Squad and have always been pleased with the results.

Geek Squad came out. The service window was 6 hours which seems excessive. They worked hard but got a little antsy to get to the next job but the remote still can’t control the volume but they said it was the best they could do.

This tech was knowledgeable and very respectful and congenial. We were very impressed with all that he knew and he completed the setup and fully explained the changes to me

Corey did a great job. I made a mistake on a password and he was very patient and helpful in discovering the problem. He came back the next day to finish installing and made sure everything was working to my satisfaction.

I do not know what I would do with out geek squad!! They are so helpful and every single person has been extremely helpful and kind and patient to explain how everything works!

Got my Sonos sound system working and programmed my 2 universal remotes from Best Buy. Friendly and very accommodating. My wife & I were pleased with their knowledge, work and personalities. Highly recommend them.
