After buying our new television at Best Buy, we had the Geek Squad to come out and hook up our surround sound. They did an excellent and professional job. I have used Geek Squad and have always been pleased with the results.

Great help! Everything up and running and I was able to just start using. I could have set up but short on time. The team was awesome!

Geek Squad came out. The service window was 6 hours which seems excessive. They worked hard but got a little antsy to get to the next job but the remote still can’t control the volume but they said it was the best they could do.

The Geek Squad never fails. This is my second installation and they do a fine job.

Great installation but not satisfied with the effectiveness of training to use new software on computer and remotes on the TV. Really need help.

We are fortunate to have Jay in our area when it comes to installing our home audio systems. He’s knowledgeable and professional when installing and/or correcting our devices. He makes sure we know how to use our new purchases and is available to ask questions after he’s completed the setup.

Corey did a great job. I made a mistake on a password and he was very patient and helpful in discovering the problem. He came back the next day to finish installing and made sure everything was working to my satisfaction.

The agents called prior to the appt. They showed on time they were clean and left in a timely manner. They set up the tv, sound bar , additional speakers.

The technicians were great! I had been having a problem with reception on multiple headphones I had purchased for watching TV and they figured out the problem and they fixed a TV issue we were having. It was worth the money.
