My husband and I are fans of Geek Squad and were very happy with the installation service for our new TV. As usual the personnel were polite, efficient and gave good explanations about the use of the system.

The technicians were great! I had been having a problem with reception on multiple headphones I had purchased for watching TV and they figured out the problem and they fixed a TV issue we were having. It was worth the money.

The Geek squad attached my Sonos sound system to my TV quickly. They did a great job.

Mounted my TV, Sound bar, and assisted with password issue. Did a fantastic job!

The agents called prior to the appt. They showed on time they were clean and left in a timely manner. They set up the tv, sound bar , additional speakers.

We had the Sonos sound system installed. It was a shame that the installer was not familiar with this system. He was trying to sync the components in the wrong order. He could have saved himself several hours.

These guys were incredibly professional & friendly. They were efficient in what they did & kept us informed. I can’t recommend this crew enough. As good as it gets.

It took 2 visits due to my getting up to speed, but Ryan, the tech, did an excellent job with an unusual setup.

Well trained techs mounted 77” heavy TV safely with sound bar and setup everything easy explanation about usage and functions
