Was great till AFTER the install. I was told i could text the text if any questions or problems. I did. It was not working right at all after they left. A few days later i got a text - okay no problem ….. says he cant come out that weekend its almost certainly my network and i should be able to enjoy my purchase …. So i asked him if they could try to come anytime in the next week while my husband is in town and that i would like them to see if its equipment not communicating because my network is going to tell me its you not them just like they told me it was them. Crickets. Never heard from him again. Apparently your CS people try to tell you your customers are not happy but you dont do anything to address or seem to care which seems to be the corporate motto these days
