    The GEEK Squad set up my new T.V., my sound bar, my DVD player, and my new blu-ray player. We checked everything out except for the blu-ray player sound; and of course that doesn't work. So I bought a new blu-ray player that I cannot use.

    Geek squad person ran out of time to really review how to use the universal controller with the soundbar, and to problem solve with us on how to not have the soundbar interfere with the TV signal from controller. We are grateful he set it up but we don't think we are using it to its full capacity.

    Tech was suppose to setup and check Sonos system. I had originally purchased a Harmony remote, but returned it, so maybe there was confusion. I paid for the Harmony remote setup, but didn't need.
