    THE ABSOLUTE WORST EVER I TOLD THE SALES PERSON THAT IF THEY COULD NOT MAKE THE NEW WIFI SYSTEM WOR PLEASE DONT EVEN ATTEMPT TO DO IT CAUS THE OWNER IS ON TV ALL THE TIME AND HAS TO REVEW COMERCIALS EVERY NIGHT SO THE ASSURED ME IT WOULD WORK EVEN BETTER SO AFTER HAVING THEM OUT 3 different occasions they could not fix it 7 hours of my time !!! Cox came out 3 different times and could not get it to work either so we had to completely reset everything along with billing to fix what wasn’t wrong in the first place ??? WHAT A COMPLETE NIGHTMARE!!! They were out of wifi for a week I finally got ahold of geek squad from another area to come out and look at it and come to find out it even says that the not needed equipment they had sold me was not compatible with Cox system we had and he didn’t even understand why they even tried to put that system in WHAT A JOKE JUST TRYING TO MAKE MONEY AT OUR EXPENSE so I am going to turn in this nightmare that we went through to our social media department to let everyone know and be aware of your terrible incompetent technicians / scam your pulling on customers you had 7 different people come over to try and fix what you broke it even gets worse but I’m saving the complete review to be more detailed and ironed out so we can proceed to put it on every social media blog that we can

    I was not thrilled with my home theater setup. I purchased a wall mounting for 2 TVs, in wall concealment, and A/V hookups. When the techs came to my house, their order only had me set up for the wall mounting part of it. It’s fair to say that I wasn’t thrilled. I had invited company over to my house to check out my new home theater but I had to postpone it. I went to the store to get situation rectified only to find out that they couldn’t come back out for another month. I talked to the manager there who gave me a little credit for my troubles but that really didn’t take away my anger considering it was their fault. Would’ve been 1 star if it wasn’t for the manager.

    The agents were very very nice people. But they did not really know how to put it together. Best Buy is sending other agents to do it right.

    Great products - Horrible setup and training

    I bought 3 TVs - 65" Samsung with sound bars. The guys worked real hard to install every device and I know it took a lot of time and effort. But, they did a bad job of checking their work to make sure it was working properly. When they left, the internet would not work on the TV at all. Also my $900 sound bar was silent and would not turn on. It was on early in the day when he was showing it to me but he must have turned it off or something on the way out, because I have no sound at all on that TV. Also, I was lead to believe that your delivery and set up including full training and set up of two internet sites. With spending $7,500 on 3 TVs I should have received training 3 times for 3 TVs. But I got may be half training on one TV. I bought 3 TVs and I don't know how to use them as I was not trained properly and long enough. As I said I bought the service for 3 TVs and should have gotten 3 times the training. But I got less than half training for one TV. Then I asked about how to do internet navigating and he told me it was not possible. You could only go to the pre set sites. As he was talking I pushed the button for Internet and a screen appeared that had a search bar and keyboard and looked to me like a way to navigate to internet sites. He ignored me when I ask about the screen. So I guess me and him have no clue how to navigate the internet - but he is an expert and I am begging to learn how to use the TV. Bottom line - The internet does not work on some of the TVs - The sound does not work on some of the TVs - I have no confidence that all functions work on all 3 TVs - I have no confidence that all TVs were set up properly - I got about 20% of the training I needed and paid for. - I need help so a Geek Squad is coming tomorrow.

    The Geek Squad came out to help with my network in relation to my Sonos system. They may have been at my home for 20 minutes. What they told me was to control it through the App on my phone, not on my iMac. I also asked for help in getting my turntable onto the network but said they couldn’t help due to copyright laws, which seems strange because I only play records I own. Seems like BB could have told me all of this in the store and not spent hours waiting for them for a basic question at $200+ cost. I doubt I’ll renew the service as it seems pretty illusory.

    The installers cancelled and did not even call to let me know. I was told my appointment was cancelled when I called to check on the installers late in the afternoon. I had taken off work to be here. I was then told they could not schedule me until 9.26. The appointment the next day should have been bumped and I should have received that appointment. Everything is my house has been purchased and installed by Best Buy. After this install it will be the last time I use Geek Squad.

    Didn't know how to install the Harmony remote

    The Harmony RF remote is not performing like it used to. We had it reinstalled when we moved and now it does not perform well. Looks like the Geek Squad weren't fully trained.

    The geek squad that came out were pleasant, quick, and helpful. However, my device stopped working the moment that they left, and while they initially assisted me by phone, have not replied and my device does not work. Some glitch with Bluetooth? It is nigh impossible to reach a live body at Best Buy or through their chat. Not terribly pleased at the moment.

    Not at all up to the Best Buy standards I’m used to! Nothing was installed in the way we agreed upon during our initial walk through and order process. We ordered equipment needed based on the technician’s plans at installation. Everything done we could’ve done ourselves. Very unprofessionally installed. Considering returning it all and going with another company.

    As a best buy + member I am entitled to 24/7 Geek Squad support. They don’t make it easy. After the auto bot gives you options you don’t want you can scream and yell and get to an operator in Mumbai who will schedule you an appointment with a technician to figure out your problem if she can get her computer to work.

    THE TEAM CAME OUT TO MY HOME AND DID NOTHING AT ALL. I LOST MY MONEY ON THIS SUPPOSE SERVICE. I WAS VERY DISAPOINTED IN THE NO SERVICE I RECEIVED, I FEEL AS THOUGH I WAS RIPED OFF BY GEEK SQUADE SERVICES.
