    I give up on Geek Squad !!!!!

    After 3 or 4 attempts I give up !!!! I purchased a home theatre setup along with a Sonos port to work with my existing ceiling speaker system . The home theatre works fine with the surround sound however my ceiling speakers no longer work and I cannot play my vinyl anymore. They worked great with my previous set-up . The last geek squad tech suggested I just go ahead and buy additional sonos speakers and forget about the ceiling !!!

    After the second visit to fix the botched attempt at install on the first visit most everything was finally fixed except our phones were not working. After finally getting a third visit scheduled i finally just fixed it myself.

    I have had to make at least 3 appointments and replace our NEW receiver twice now and still not able to get music to play for longer than half a song - takes weeks to get an appointment and person on phone says I have to go into a store to talk to someone higher than her - ready to return it all and go somewhere else - it should not be that difficult! and I paid good money for this so called extra "service"!!!

    Made purchases in August 2022 everything was hooked up except a part to run the wires behind the wall . Called Wes Schmitz numerus times and the help desk ,no one gets back to me , The part was suppose to be ordered ,but know one knows anything about it. Could have been a 5 star but this service is a joke

    After a 5 week wait for my install, i was same day canceled with no explanation. But, at least they gave me the soonest available appointment, another 4 weeks out, on a date that i wouldn't be home. I canceled outright. No supervisor would speak with me, and no callback after i left a request for a supervisor to call me. That was 2 days ago. I'll never use Best Buy for installation again.

    Agents came with brackets that did not work and said no others were available. They also were going to have some installation expert call me, which never happened. Your service is terrible. How can you sell a Sony TV and soundbar and not have a proper mounting bracket???

    The WORST service ever! They went 4 time and did not solve anything; they marked service as completed and charged me. I needed to call for the refund I called and IT on my own and had the service done in 30 minutes. Need to check on your tech squad.

    Horrible service, Like I said in my other reviews that I did not have good service against part at all some guys know what they're doing some guys Dent but it. Shouldn't take months in months to get my TV and some nose working?

    horrible - had geek squad installers come twice to my house for 2 separate 4-5hour sessions and I still have poor sound quality and random problems with my set up

    Have had problems with the sound system disconnecting from the tv, after using the blu ray player. Having had the qeek squad out multiple times without system getting fixed. On top of that, it is impossible to get through to a knowledgeable home theatre rep. Qeek squad customer service is clueless!!!

    Its a gimmick. You are better off finding someone else who will do the job. The total protection plan is only about special pricing and if your appliances have issues.

    My Tech agent was excellent, but he couldn't complete the setup because Sonos needed an update that wasn't available yet.

    No one has been able to come out yet as I Do Not have a TV yet. When I bought the TV it was supposedly in stock. Now, no one can seem to find it. I have already made my first payment with nothing to show for it.

    Agents mounted tv but could not get Sonos surround system working. Could not complete job. Had 2 more Geek Squad appts. Still not working with no advice from Squad.

    the men knew what they were doing....however they did a sloppy job with wiring...just stuffed the wires behind tv. looked like a rats nest. had to organize the wires myself and wire tie them it was a fair amount I paid for install. would not recommend

    The tech did not set up my Sonos Arc to my Sub and Surrounds as a unit. It was setup as a standalone and added to my group which already had the other Sonos devices. I had to do research to get them syncing after he left.
