    They cancelled on me several times after I was at home for their window, and it took weeks before they installed my TV and wall mount. Once they finally showed up the install was done well.

    We were canceled multiple times by Best Buy. After taking off work and sitting home all day only to find no one showing up! The communication within Best But is terrible. We were told once this was finally resolved we would be compensated. We are still waiting…

    Work is NOT finished. Tech left to get to his next appointment. Chrome cast no longer works nor do my printers as the Wi-Fi name was changed but none of the linked equipment was changed. Big mess!!!

    Not happy at all. Waited a while to have them come then they said a different team needed to be scheduled to complete my job. This was after having someone from Best Buy come to the house to know exactly what we needed to have done.

    A real mess of my wall!!!! Nobody will respond to my calls!!! Usually GS is good. This time they Fd up and I keep getting sent to different numbers and repeat again

    Device was never set up because geek squad was going to charge me extra when the employee in the store originally said it was included in the cost at the original purchase

    The technicians did a great job installing the TV’s but did not get to the audio fixes/installation as I don’t think it was part of their work order?
