    Tech installed Sonos amp

    Tech installed Sonos amp to activate two existing non Sonos speakers. Our Sonos system now shuts off completely all the time without warning. Have been unable to get anyone to correct this situation.

    I was kept on hold for over 30 minutes and then transferred to a couple of different folks. My problem was never fixed.

    this was a joke, I paid 100.00 to have them come to the house and try to spend all the time that was given for the service to program the tv. that was already done correctly.

    The agent was unable to help out. There was much confusion regarding the Sonos connect upgrade. He had limited knowledge regarding this.

    The Geek Squad is Absolutely Fantastic!!! The agent, Michael was very professional, extremely knowledgeable and helpful in answering all of my questions. After his expert diagnosis, he recommended, ordered and installed the new Sonos Amplifier for my Sonos S2 music system. Our Sonos system works Great now! Huge thank you to Michael!

    The 1st agent came out to see what we needed and sent the 2nd person to analyze what needed to be done to meet our needs. The 2nd person made recommendations and, when we agreed, ordered what we needed. When our order arrived, everything was expertly installed and explained to us. Both agents were professional, friendly, knowledgeable, arrived on time, did a great job and cleaned up after themselves.

    Technician arrived on time, addressed all our technical issues and gave us a tutorial on how to use the move speakers and how to connect and use Sonos/Spotify. Friendly and patient answering questions.
