Tech installed Sonos amp to activate two existing non Sonos speakers. Our Sonos system now shuts off completely all the time without warning. Have been unable to get anyone to correct this situation.

this was a joke, I paid 100.00 to have them come to the house and try to spend all the time that was given for the service to program the tv. that was already done correctly.
