Purchased car stereo online with installation. Called to make appointment which went very smoothly. I was the first customer of the day which was great. The installer was quite experienced and made us feel very comfortable. The stereo works great as do the speakers. I recommend using the Geek Squad for your Best Buy installations.

The two Geek Squad guys did a fantastic job. Courteous, careful, you could tell they were committed to doing the job right. We are really enjoying our wall mounted tv - awesome job!

The tech was terrific and the in-home set-up and repair went off perfectly. Unfortunately, the store made a mistake in scheduling and I had to wait from the window of 7-1:00 until 2:00 before they arrived.

I was very impressed at the extra effort the GS did to make certain that everything was done on the day scheduled. This included special delivery of purchased items.

Guys very nice and professional however.. bought headphones..have to charge headphones and controller sperate... geek squad set them up
Sony and steelcase says they are not hooked up
Correctly ... know it's not big money but another tech should have been sent...I am 4 miles from Best buy
