Looks sleek and nice. Movie theater resembleance and completed our media room.

These guys I had to beg to get here after the screen was sagging in the corners. Never once put on the white gloves to protect the screen from prints. The screen was 2,200. This is not a professional theatre installation service team. They never covered the floor to protect my carpet. The screen has never aligned with the projector and after they showed up late so many times and wasted my time away from my disabled grandson I couldn’t get them to show up one time on time. This is a service that doesn’t care about the customer at all. They have zero respect for the customer time or experience. Has happened 4 times, canceled appointments the day before. They make it very hard to find a manager that is willing to help. It’s a horrible experience, after you’ve spent over 13,000 bucks on all the equipment.

Expertly installed to my complete satisfaction, the tech was great. Scheduling was tedious but compensated for the inconvenience. All in all very satisfied.

Geek squad came out and installed my screen and found out it had a small rip in it so they told me what I needed to do to try and get it replaced. The technician also said to email him direct if I had any issues getting it replaced and he will work his magic. Well, I had trouble so I emailed him and he replied that he would take care of it and to email back if the store doesn't reach out to me in a week. the week went by so I emailed him back and no answer. Emailed him a second time and no answer. Had to call the store and the store wanted me to pay for a new screen so they can ship it to my house and then they would return it once they installed it. I refused that so they shipped it to the store for geek squad to pick it up and install it. 2 weeks go by and I call back and geek squad tells me there it will be a week or 2 when they can come out so in all I had to wait 2 months for the replacement screen.
