Geek Squad was here to install my Soundbar, I asked how much different it would make to connect the SoundBar. After checking my sound system I had already they told me that my system would bring a better sound as the new Speakers. I appreciate the honesty that saved me a lot of money and work for them. Because we have TechPro with BestBuy it doesn't cost us anything!

The soundbar wouldn't connect to TV by HDMI arc.
Nicklaus found the problem. A chromecast connected to the TV wouldn't let the soundbar connect by HDMI arc. Thanks to Nicklaus for solving the problem by disconnecting the chromecast. Now we get great sound.

Tech was very knowledgeable, polite, was done setting up within 20 - 30 minutes. And explained to Suzie & I how to use the equipment properly. Nick was a Geek Squad ALL - STAR

I had multiple teams come in due to some issues with the equipment. Each one was awesome. They took time to show my wife and I how each system works and listened to what we would use it for. Excellent job and I feel great knowing it was installed properly.

They set up a JBL sound bar for me. He arrived early and was very personable. It took him about 5 minutes to take out of the box and have it playing and sounding great. He walked me through the controls and features and said he wouldn’t leave until any and all questions were answered. I ultimately felt bad having him set this up as it was so easy, however the piece of mind I get having them set up everything I purchase from them is priceless. I know all setups will be done professionally and personably.

Joe did such a thorough job trying to adapt my TV Ears to our new TV~and after exploring several options came up with a winner! Thanks, they are working great. Now I can control my personal sound level without blasting out others in the room!

The agent who installed the tv. . .made sure our Bose sound system was hooked up correctly. In fact the new TV's sound is so much better, for Randy. He is having a bit of hearing issues and could not hear the old tv, not half as much as this new one. We attribute that to the young man who installed the TV in the home and set up our Bose System. Geek Squad to the rescue

I’ll start with the geek squad member who showed up for the second visit. Ashley was very helpful and quickly resolved the issues with my new system. She notified me about her arrival time and was there when she said she would be. She was very helpful and went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with her service. This was the second service call for this product.
The first installation was not by the geek squad rather a contractor. Best Buy had somehow messed up my order so the technician did not arrive until 2 hours after the end of my scheduled appointment time. So I ended up having to wait the whole day to get work done that was scheduled to be done by 1 pm. Had I not called I do not think I would have seen anyone or had my purchase delivered at all that day.
I have no complaints about the technician who did the work. He knew how to install the equipment and worked quickly and competently. I had the impression that he had been assigned my job at the last minute and it was not something he did on a regular basis.
I do not fault the technician for me having to call someone to come again. I hold Best Buy responsible for any delays and the necessary call back.
I have always found the geek squad to be responsive and helpful.

The Geek Squad Technician That came to my house was excellent She knew exactly what to do Even when the soundbar wasn’t working she continued working until finally she got it working again I would ask for her the next time I need Service She is an asset to your company

I think Jason did an amazing job on my surround sound. He adjusted everything so good it literally sounds like I’m at the theatre. Before he came my system sounded horrible. I was so disappointed on that I had spent so much money for the system and it didn’t sound good at all. This guy came and adjusted who knows what but it sounds amazing and that’s all I care about. Very happy and would definitely suggest to have them come out if you spend money on a decent system. I would request Jason though.

Very pleased with the guys that came out. It's been a good experience all the way around. One exception is the phone service to talk with someone. Very difficult to communicate with that automated service BAD BAD BAD on the phone deal.
As far as the remote love it still learning my way around with what buttons do what such as fast forward and such. I'm working with You Tube Tv and trying navigate through their system.
One Remote for all is very nice!!

Sound bar stopped working , had geek squad come to the house and check it out. They found it had dropped connedction to sound bar and had pick up wifi and was only sometimes working. Had to powerball down and power up make a few adjustments and whala its now working great.

With the advance electronics today you may need the advice of a good technician. The cost can save you money in the long run. The Geek Squad at Best Buy can recommend the right equipment and finish a professional installation.
