Love my sound bar, great quality sound. My Mount was setup slightly slanted. Very big on alignment so it’s kinda throwing me off. They didn’t drill the holes evenly. They did a good job with helping hide the wires

I had purchased 2 soundbars in the store. The morning (7:25 a.m.) that they were to be installed, CHAZ called. He asked me if I had the wall mounts for the soundbars and the mounts for the 2 TVs that were to be mounted on the way. No, I had not! CHAZ asked if I had any idea of the brand that I wanted. I was unsure and was feeling anxious. CHAZ calmly stated that for me not to worry and that he would help me. He told me that he would have to wait until the store opened up and that he will see what the store had to offer and that he would call me to update me. He called back at 7:58 a.m., told me he found some items that I might be interested in. He found items and emailed me the items with the SKU numbers and pricing. The day that they were to be installed, it was CHAZ! This young man was professional, knowledgeable, and calm. He showed me how to operate the soundbars. BESTBUY, CHAZ IS AN ASSET TO YOUR BUSINESS!

Work was done professionally & took care to protect the existing condition during mounting. Took the time to update the rest firmware to allow the best sound quality communication between soundbar & subwoofer.

It gives us extra piece of mind knowing that all of our purchases will automatically come with extended warranties (up to 24 mo.) because we purchased the Totaltech Membership, so far we're EXTREMELY happy with it and HIGHLY recommend it to everyone! Why we're "EXTREMELY" happy, because not only do we get extended warranties and a longer return window we also get free installation for our Best Buy purchases. Our membership covered the entire cost of installation of our new appliances (Electric Range & Over the Range Microwave Hood), plus installation of 4 TV's mounted on the wall, 3 soundbars also mounted on the wall under the TV's and we also had an in wall plug installed behind one of the TV's which hides the cords inside the wall. All the installers have arrived on time and have all been very professional - we HIGHLY recommend!

The guys were ok. Weren't as professional as I would had liked. They wanted to use my brand new furniture to do their work and were swearing a lot. Charged me 70$ extra for a bracket so just to Install my sound bar it cost like 250 which was about the same or more as it cost to have someone deliver my 85inch TV and mounted it to my wall. They did in the end wind up being ok and spent time going through my sound bar settings and how it linked to my Sonos system in my house. So that was nice. Service wasn't bad but wasn't great either. Took like 2 hours which seems long. At least they didn't damage anything and seemed to do decent work. But the crew that installed my TV was much better.

Everything went well! The installers arrived early (which is what we were hoping for) and immediately got to work. They educated us every step of the way. And before they left, they made sure everything was in its place as it was before they arrived. All the while being very professional and respectful.

We had two different techs, one for the TV and the other one for the sound bar. Purchased at different dates. Both were very professional, knowledgeable and quick.

Fits TV perfectly and the sound is great. The bass from subwoofer is really good.

Geek squad techs knew what they were doing and installed the sound bar so it was operating to perfection. They showed up on time and were careful with my furniture.

Installer was rude, but the sound bar is installed fine.. had to reconnect it to the surge protector myself because he simply ignored it.

After installing my sound bar, there a little trouble getting it to sync with my TV. It was frustrating. I'm glad I had two excellent technicians there figure it out.

Professional installers. These guys didn't require much time to install a 65" Sony TV to the wall and add a soundbar. No clean up required. Great experience.

On or about 10-13-18 the Geek Squad installed the soundbar; however, within a few days the soundbar, began to make a chattering sound on an intermittent basis regardless of what channel I was watching. It would last about 15 minutes and then return back to clear sound. Geek came out and rechecked the installation and said there was nothing wrong with the soundbar. They recommended that perhaps my cable box might be the problem. I went to Spectrum and changed out the box. It made no difference, .it continued with a muffering or chattering sound until my son came in from Texas. He looked at how the soundbar was installed. He said there were 2 or 3 ways to integrate the soundbar with my new Samsung TV. He then choose an alternate method. HARK, from that Thanksgiving night, my soundbar has functioned perfectly. I now love the soundbar and I would recommend this soundbar to anyone! Please disregard my previous review of this Samsung soundbar. Regards,Tiger84

The team of three (who came from A2Z I believe) were thoroughly pleasant, professional, and effective. They attached our new soundbar and made all the best connections. Thanks to our local est Buy for hiring them to do our job. They did a perfect job!

First of all,I would like to thank Amanda for taking her time to explain everything to me about the system,I was interested in. She treated me like family and not just a customer who was buying. Very professional and courteous. The presentation was outstanding the portfolio that she had on her laptop showed me everything that,I was interested in buying she explained each product and the advantages of it. She advised me of the installers that were coming called to check how everything was going with them and after everything was set up she did a follow up to see how,I liked the system and was ,I pleased with the service that was provided, 30 yrs. In the Marine Corps, I understand and know the importance of treating people with respect you treat them as you want to be treated and you’ll get a better ending as we say in the Marine Corps award the doers because they are out in the trenches as well as representing you because without them there’s no you, I’ve always showed my appreciation for my troops give them a weekend of or a letter of appreciation and ,I know it’s their job but rewarding them goes a long way with that being said you should consider giving Amanda at least a complementary dinner for two to show your appreciation even though it’s her job but she went far and beyond to make sure that,I understood everything that she was explaining outstanding job Amanda keep doing what you’re doing and as for Randal dido outstanding service Thank you,I appreciate the both of you, enjoy your dinner I’m sure that they will take care of you. It mostly does a good job but the way it holds soundbar up could be better. i would have tension screws to hold up. If you have a liitle weight one side drops down with some weight. No chance going to drop out to floor but soundbar hard to keep straight. Kind of a cheap design but functions for most part as it should.Despite this little issue i think i would buy again.
