This TV was a replacement for our former LG TV that died as the result of a programming upgrade. The picture is fantastic! The installation team did a great job and set it up so that it would turn on to the cable box input. I was very happy with this. I would highly recommend Best Buy for future purchases and installation.

55 in LG TV is terrific. My service from the geek squad was outstanding, they were professional, knowledgeable, and Nick ran back to the store to get the legs for the TV so it would fit my stand efficiently. Again these two guys were the perfect example of what customer service represents for a company. Being a retired retail district/regional manager I am a very good judge of these qualities.

Thank you Best Buy for hauling away our old television! I used the packaging from our new TV that I bought from Best Buy to package up our old TV, informed the hauling team that the box is outside of the garage and to please just pick up the box, no need to go to the door. They did as I asked! Thank you!

Our old TV was large and very heavy. So, it was worth the extra fee and very convenient for Geek Squad take it with them upon installation of our new TV.

The guys were on time and efficient and they cleaned the area pretty well. Reason for 3 stars is they set up the TV using my Apple TV box as the only UI and did not even ask if I wanted to sign in and download apps via google. This effectively bypassed the picture quality of the TV, which is one of the main reasons we bought it. I ended up setting up the TV and downloading apps on my own, with a good deal of trial and error. They also didn’t show me any functions on the remote, other than the home button. They were super nice and efficient as I said, but I would’ve liked to have been asked about my preferences for set up. I was also charged $70 for AV set up when all they had to do was plug in an HDMI cable and another $70 for subwoofer set up when all they really had to do was turn the volume up a little. I think I should’ve been reimbursed at least half of that.

Haul away of old large, heavy plasma TV. Everything went as planned. I was surprised by how well it went. I was wondering how I would get rid of my old TV. This was a perfect solution

The price including free setup from sony was a factor in my purchase. The picture quality and sony's reliability sealed the deal.

We had the crew remove our old tv. By old, I mean like 26 years old. It was a big heavy projection tv. They had to take it out of out basement door and carry it up a hill to their truck. They never complained and said they had done a number of these. The were efficient and courteous.
