    I am very happy with the delivery and set up service. The technicians arrived in a timely fashion, were very efficient and knowledgeable, cleaned up after themselves and removed all packaging materials. If you're buying a larger TV Im recommend you purchase the in-home setup, it will save you a lot of work and worry.

    This was seamless, excellent service. The installers inspected my old set and from that they knew to continue the processes I liked and they anticipated the little tweaks I was prepared to ask for in the new installation. They explained the new things I needed to know, answered all questions clearly and patiently and did this in an appropriate time frame. No wasted time for me. No wasted time for them. All in all, an above average service experience.

    These "Geeks" Were the Best!

    The "Geeks" showed up in the promised window, after calling to let me know they were on the way, wore masks and "booties" over their shows, were super efficient working together to unbox and set up the new TV, AppleTV and remotes, and answered all my questions. They even came back the next day at my request when I was unable to access one of the features in my system. I even sent an email to their supervisor about their incredibly good service.

    Cant say enough about the professionalism and efficiency of the folks at Best Buy, especially the Geek Squad. However, the protocol for service is flawed and the time delay to repair needs to be addressed. Having a technician scheduled to come out to determine the problem and to have to reschedule for the service is counter productive. Especially if the second visit is not successful and the equipment is deemed terminal then an additional visit has to be set up. Granted this is all done very professionally and customer service is always at the forefront. Three weeks is entirely too long to achieve satisfactory results.

    Delivery, setup, and haul-away service

    The day of the install, I received both a call and a text message in the morning with a more narrow time frame for them to show up. I received another text around 30 minutes before the expected time. This was great communication, as previously, through my purchase and schedule on Best buy's website, the timeframe was basically 'all day.' The technicians stayed and hooked up the cable box, staying to make sure it was working (there was an issue with the cable box, not the TV). They did a great job unpacking the TV, setting it up on the stand, going through the remote control with me, and taking away my old TV along with the box and packaging materials/trash from the new TV. (It was well worth it for the extra $60 I spent for the haul-away and recycling of my old TV.)

    I was so impressed with Best Buy Geek Squad policies to replace my four-year-old TV that quit and gave me credit to get a new TV. ( I love having the Geek Squad service to keep my PC up and running. This service is well worth the money.) The installation was great, on time, efficient and done by a very nice young man, BB policies I can always trust to fix my issues. This is why I always buy any tech items from BBL from Computer, laptop, and zoom to sound bar and TV and all I have to do is call. I am forever pleased at their competent sales staff. I love BBs services: I know I'll get the best products and the best service! I always tell my friends to get the Geeks, they are fabulous!

    Excellent delivery, installation, and haul away service. The technician was knowledgeable and set everything up quickly. He answered all of my questions and had helpful tips for getting the best picture and sound from my new TV.

    Experience was easy, the tv was mounted with no problems, and we love it! We had it mounted on the wall as a suggestion from a previous Geek Squad visit, and we couldn’t be happier with the result. The team brought the necessary mounting kit, with a surge protector that we had bought and ordered. We had bought a big tv, and the extra foot or so makes a difference with viewing it in our room. We will definitely have them install next time for a seamless job. They made it easy!

    This is the second time dealing with the geek squad as far as setting up my new TVs whenever I purchased one, and I have to say that every one of them have always went far beyond than normal duty to help out a customer. Taylor, who set up my last TV before this one actually helped me to find this TV, Justin and the other gentleman that was with him were extremely professional and did a fantastic job.

    Decided to bite the bullet and pay for Delivery, Installation and Set Up Services - and really glad I did. Everything went as scheduled and two professional looking, personable G.S. techs arrived, disassembled my existing set up, unpackaged and installed the new TV and Soundbar system. They noticed a flaw in the picture during the set up and Immediately arranged for a replacement. They completed the system installation so that we could use the TV ( flaw was irritating, but not fatal) until the new one arrived - it had to be ordered. They went over the operation of the new system, answered all of my questions, cleaned up after themselves, and left. When I think of what a hassle it would have been to have done this myself only to find out it was defective, and to have to re-package, return to store and then do it all over again when the new one arrived ---- Thanks again to the Geek Squad Techs - Great Job!

    The two Best Buy gentlemen that installed our new LG OLED tv were outstanding. Jasper and Mike were their names. They had a real sense of urgency. They explained things very well. They were right on time for our appointment. They called to let us know they were on the way. Best Buy is lucky to have Jasper & Mark!

    Great Geek Squad Service for TV Installation

    Two Geek Squad team members (Blake and associate) arrived on time and were very quick in unboxing and setting up my 65" Samsung OLED TV. Blake explained its features and showed me how to use the remote and also went into the TV settings with suggestions for selections that would help me fully enjoy my TV (which I am).

    Two technicians arrived at the scheduled time and unpacked the tv and set in location. They proceeded to enter information needed and proceeded to adjusting everything as to color, sound and features available to make the whole experience worry free. So glad I ordered it as they were able to answer all the questions I had. Worry free!!

    We came to Best Buy wanted to just check out our options, but walked out with everything we hoped within our budget. This TV Connect and Setup is just a part of the TV mounting / Home Theater installation service. Everything went so well, Jason and Will showed up on time, very professional and courteous, definitely the highest standard you could expect. For long I wanted to long Best Buy stock but waited until the service because I wanted to have first hand experience. Now I'm fully convinced, unfortunately the stock price already moved up significantly. No matter what, best buying experience from Best Buy.

    The agent contacted me before delivery. I explained it was for my mother in a different state. He requested I contact my mother to provide her with his ETA; which I did. He was on time and very patient with her. He set everything up, showed her how to use the remote control (along with Alexa voice control), and helped her set up her Netflix and Amazon Prime Account. My mother was very happy with the service; as am I. I highly recommend the Geek Squad.

    Our installation team was amazing. They did everything needed to protect our new tv while putting it together out of the box. They hooked up our able, blue ray player and sound bar. They explained how everything worked and how to navigated the functions from the remote. They did not leave until we were comfortable with how our new tv worked. They cleaned up afterward and were so professional. They made our new tv experience even better.

    I was greatly impressed with the TV installation and setup. They programmed my remote to work with my Directv Setbox and went through all the initial settings so that all I had to do was turn it on and enjoy! Highly recommend this service when purchasing a new TV!

    Excellent picture (sharpness & colors). Very easy to setup and adjust. Have connected OTA antenna, cable tv box, blue ray dvd player, PS/2 & PS/4, Firestick and local wifi network with no issues. Streaming works well - especially Netflix & Firestick. This tv is setup in my office, so didn't connect a stereo - the sounds from the tv unit itself are more than sufficient for a room this size. I'm well pleased with this tv. Geek Squad unboxed & setup the tv.
