    Pleasant young man installed our TV and explained

    Very pleased with the install and the young man did a great job. However, having nothing to do with him, the delivery process was a frustrating challenge. We could not purchase online because of our zip code. When we went to the store (only a few miles away), they had trouble also but somehow got it done. In error, the final order said we were to pick up and have here for install on Friday. Called to correct that. On hold 20 minutes, which was OK, but this was Thursday and the delivery/install couldn't be scheduled for the next day so rescheduled for Monday. When I went online to verify, they were to pick up old TV on Monday and deliver/install WEDNESDAY, leaving us with nothing to watch for two days, so we called and rescheduled pick up from Monday to Friday. Guy showed up Monday anyway. Delivery/setup was Wednesday and went perfectly, and the man took the old TV away for us. I went online to cancel pick up for Friday, and your system would not let me cancel since this was a "paid" service and required me to call or go to the store. As directed, I called the number for Geek Squad and used your phone tree. It said my wait time would be 3 hours and 45 minutes. I did wait on hold over an hour and finally gave up. When the man called saying he was on the way, we told him tv was already picked up. I felt terrible that we couldn't reach him sooner. We really like the TV, the installer was wonderful, everyone I talked with in the store and on the phone was wonderful; but reaching someone to communicate with was so frustrating, we will think twice about having anything else delivered!

    Geek Squad set up my TV placed it on TV stand and connected to all my devices. showed me how the remotes worked and get to the apps. to stream movies and shows.

    My new TV was set up with excellent care and precision. The agent downloaded additional APPS and showed me how to do it myself for future use. He demonstrated the functionality of the remote control. Overall, it was an exceptional experience for me.

    The agents installed and set up a new smart tv and disposed of the old unit. They ordered and installed an adapter that was not included with the tv to make it possible to connect older legacy equipment. They assisted with the setup of a new Gmail account and the downloading of the apps that I requested. Overall excellent service.

    The agents were professional, patient, thorough, kind and provided excellent customer service. They connected the TV quickly and completely. The gentleman also relocated the TV that was being replaced and took care of that set up as well. He went above and beyond to ensure that a technically challenged senior was comfortable with the new set ups. OUTSTANDING!!!!

    Dear Best Buy, Today we had two of your Geek Squad technicians from the La Crosse come into our home and install two new TV systems for us. Their names were Joel and Kayce. We were incredibly impressed by their knowledge-base and ability to work around older systems. They were also polite, friendly, innovative and respectful. My wife has disabilities. She is legally blind, and is physically disabled including her hands. They worked very hard to set up a system that was easy to use and functional for us. They also identified a problem with our surround sound and set up service to get it running again. We can’t thank them enough and hope that you would reward and retain such wonderful employees.     Geek squad installed my ROKU TV

    Bought the small ROKU TV for our kitchen, and love it. The Geek Squad tech set everything up for me and was excellent in explaining how everything worked. He also installed ROKU boxes on additional TV's. It made everything so easy!

    I did't want the hassle of getting a TV of this size back to my condo and then getting rid of the old TV (which had totally failed, so giving it away was not an option) so paid the extra fee to have this delivered, installed, set up and old one disposed. Worth every penny! Great guys, came on time, provided updates on their travel status, set it up and spent considerable time with us showing us how it worked. Took away the old TV and all the packaging for the new one.

    The geek squad is excellent in setting up your smart TV with other devices. With the TV I have a DVD player, VHS player and cable box. That's four clickers! The geek squad got it down to one clicker to control all the devices. They also mounted the TV on the wall for me. It was done in a short amount of time and the guys were very professional. I highly recommend their help if you are not tech savvy.

    Good job setting up the system, arrived on time and they were very respectful of my house and furnishings etc. One request that I had was to allow me to turn the picture off on the TV when playing music. They said it could not be done but a friend was over and he figured out how to connect it to allow the TV picture to be shut off. The installers were still in their truck so we got them to come back in and make the necessary changes. They did and the TV picture could then be turned off but still keep the sound on. Later I discovered a "PICTURE OFF" button on the Sony remote, they should have know it was on the remote and told me in the very beginning.

    The guys were very knowledgeable and set the TV up in short amount of time. They were also very honest as I accidentally gave a fifty folded in with the tip I gave them and they brought it back to me. The only problem I had was it was supposed to be delivered 3 days earlier and I got no notice that it wasn't going to be delivered.

    Geek Squad did a tremendous job setting up my 65 inch Sony OLED. I usually can set up my own TV but I had an injured shoulder and couldn't tackle it so I had to rely on them and they were so very proficient, professional and finished quickly. Would recommend certainly for any large TV or complicated wall mount etc...

    The Geek Squad knew what they were doing. Our Bose speakers are connected correctly to our tv and they are amazing. They didn't sound like this when we had them connected to our old tv. They took care to show us how everything works on our new TV. We really appreciated their expertise and patience. And just a note about the people who took our huge old TV. They also knew what they were doing. Best Buy hires great people!

    The two technicians called ahead to let me know what time they should arrive with my TV. They arrived within the two-hour window they gave me. They even sent an email when they were on their way. I appreciated being notified. They set my television up with ease, instructed me on the use of the remote and they answered all the questions I had about navigating the various icons/features on the TV screen. They were professional, knowledgeable, and efficient.
