The Geek Squad team that installed our TV were on time, courteous, knowledgeable, and friendly. They made sure we knew how our new TV worked. They are the best! Well worth the fee.

GeekSquad, Rick Guthrie (who has set up a lot of my electronics before), and Daryl Kmiec. They assembled my new TV stand, set up my TV, programmed my Logitech remote, and made sure everything was in harmony! Rick answered all my questions regarding my new equipment and was a wealth of information. I have a disability and Rick tweet my equipment to help with my disability. This whole outstanding team is out of the Crystal Lake store with Jerry Tabor the General Manager. I love my GeekSquad team! I couldn't be happier!

Unpacked and mounted television and connected it to my devices and in-house network. Explained various functions and controls. Answered all my questions. Carried away the packaging. They were very courteous and knowledgeable.

Viewing is great. Picture is clear. Sound varies with each show. Overall-buy this tv. I did!

An hour prior to their arrival, they telephoned me with the approximate arrival time. They quick unpacked it; placed it on the Tv Stand; and tested it. I had my Comcast information available so it did not take long. The Tv was operating and he asked if I had any questions for him? I said no. They did a good and quick job! At the conclusion, I asked for the Operating Manual. The leader informed me that the Tv had none and i should use the installed one. He then proceed to show me how to enter the Setting menu and select the manual. After he left, I did do it and reviewed the installed manual.

The Geek Squad agents were very professional and helpful. They made sure everything was working correctly.

Set Up Team arrived in a timely fashion, went straight to work and had everything in place and working within a half hour. I really appreciated their knowledge and professionalism.

Two Geek Squad persons to install & interconnect every component (5) of a new entertainment center--to a new circuit breaker that will be the only line of defense ever needed to protect from loss again, my entire entertainment center. Efficient, fully coordinated in their work; effective, readily understood in their communication; meticulous in their attention to each component in its own function--and in its integration with the additional components. They concluded with handing me the remote control device--now, quite literally the authentic extension of my choices, allowing me to execute each one with ease and clarity. A perfectly unified operating system is precisely what the two Geeks produced for me.

Whether or not to use the assistance of the Geek Squad to deliver and set up their new TV is a question that more Best Buy customers are asking themselves as average TV sizes continue to increase. Gone are the days when most TV buyers purchased a television they could place in their sedans or small vehicles and set up themselves after connecting a couple of cords and cables. Today the average TV purchased in the USA has a diagonal of 65", and it is becoming commonplace for people to turn their living rooms into entertainment centers with TVs above 75" as the centerpiece. Although we purchased a midsize TV by current standards, my wife and I decided to pay for the Geek Squad service to deliver and set it up and are pleased that we did. After calling to let us know they were on the way, two Geek Squad installers arrived in the time window we had agreed upon. Both were professional and customer oriented, and it was apparent they knew what they were doing. Before leaving they explained whatever we needed to know about the TV and its remote, and answered any questions we had. We definitely believe we made the right decision to use the assistance of the Geek Squad, and recommend their delivery and installation service to others.

I worked with Chris and Don. I received a call the day before the appointment to confirm the tentative time of arrival and service. Then the day of, Chris called and let me know they would be arriving within an hour. That was awesome! He and Don did a fantastic job setting up the TV. They were professional, on time, wore booties to cover their shoes, which I appreciated since it snowed the day before. They did an excellent job sharing with me the features of the TV and made sure I was comfortable with everything before departing. Will definitely request their support again and highly recommend them to other customers. Thanks guys!!

The technicians arrived on time. They connected my tv and set it up with all connections in about 30 minutes. They were very professional, and knowledgeable. They asked me if I had questions which they answered. Would recommend if you need this service. I am a senior citizen, and the service was beneficial for me.

The agent fixed the problem we had with our new Sony TV. The agent was great very knowledgeable and friendly. He explained what he was doing, and he told us some things we could do for streaming programs. He is welcome in our house any time.
