    The technicians arrived on time. They connected my tv and set it up with all connections in about 30 minutes. They were very professional, and knowledgeable. They asked me if I had questions which they answered. Would recommend if you need this service. I am a senior citizen, and the service was beneficial for me.

    They were very professional. Set up both 32 Smart TV's quickly and easily. They took the time to answer all our questions, and thoroughly reviewed functionality with us. They were a joy to have in the home.

    NICHOLAS REMOVED OLD TV, INSTALLED OUR NEW TV AND SOUND BOX, AND MADE SURE WE KNEW HOW TO OPERATE EVERYTHING, SUCH AS SELECTING AND/OR RECORDING PROGRAMS, PLAYING DVD’S, ADJUSTING SOUND QUALITY, ETC.

    Thank goodness I received the setup from the Geek Squad. I never could of handled myself. The TV delivered was broken right out of the box. I woudl have spend hours thinking I was setting something up incorrectly, but they knew, and then took it back, and arranged for another one, and they called me to set up the delivery and install of a new TV. Other than the unfortunate 2 additional days without that TV, they took care of all the issues and when they came to install the new one, it was the same tech so he knew the issues, and they did a wonderful job hooking it, and al my components up as well as the FIOS remote set-up and even giving me a tutorial on how to handle the smart features of the Samsung TV.

    After my move-in, Geek Squad mounted my TV on the wall, installing the bracket and sound bar bracket. I got instructions how to work it. This was before my Frontier Fios was installed and the TV actually worked. When I finally got the TV cabinet to hold the components, I took one look at the criss-cross and jumble of cables the FIOS guy left and knew I needed help. My rep came and had this done quickly and correctly. Yet, he took his time to ensure it was done properly and neatly. Topi also explained what he'd done and why he felt the modem should stay outside the cabinet doors (better wifi signal). What took him about 30 minutes would have taken me hours, tears, and much frustration--and then I would still have had to pay someone to do this. Worth. Every. Penny.

    Geek squad was great. They installers were professional, made me feel at ease. They completely setup the TV by going into the menus and choosing the best picture quality based on my answers to their questions. I really appreciate Geek Squad because I prob wouldn't have gotten the quality of picture on my own.

    The Geek Squad who delivered and set up my television were amazing. They were so careful handling the television from unpacking it to setting it up in my cabinet. They spent plenty of time explaining the features and the remote control. They also set up all of the channels that I have subscriptions with the sign-ins and passwords. I couldn't not have done this on my own. Thank goodness for this service provided by Best Buy!

    Bought a Samsung 65" OLED 8K TV Great picture even for older TV programs. Worth every penny. And the GEEK Squad guys that delivered it and set it up were great

    So far my new Sony works very well. And the 2 men who installed it were absolutely terrific. At the end I had arranged for them to take away the old TV and the box for the new one. The only truly bad part if that I keep finding a pending charge of $49.99 on the credit card I used. It is charged, removed, charged again, removed again. It has been happening over and over since I purchased the TV. I owed a one-time $49.99 for their hauling away my old TV. BUT IT'S TIME TO STOP THIS BY NOW!!! I can't seem to get an explanation from Customer Service. Please look into this.
