    Colin did a great joy solving our Set-Up problems, as well as pairing our DirecTV remote to the new TV. He is real good !

    Our service rep was knowledgeable and helpful. He was even able to download our apps even without our internet being connected yet. He also gave us his card and told us to be sure to call him if we had any questions in the future.

    We wish we were instructed better how to adjust the tv so we could have appreciated it from the beginning. I believe we could have set it up by ourselves. So much for a $200.00 delivery charge.

    The second attempt to deliver and set up our new tv was great. The representatives were professional and efficient. The first attempt was disappointing because, through no fault of their own, they were given an out-of-box tv to deliver and set up rather than a brand new one which we had purchased. The rep quickly identified the issue when he opened the box the first time and informed us -- including several options.

    Technician was professional, pleasant, courteous, knowledgeable and cleaned up everything afterwards and discarded, leaving me nothing to do other than turn on TV. Process was smooth and he had TV plus all auxiliary devices hooked up in a jiffy. I've tried multiple times to upload a picture but was unsuccessful!

    TV installed with no problem. Roku device missing

    The Geek Squad tech installed my TV with no problems. However, he suggested that I purchase a Roku device that would improve the sound and picture quality. He wasn't satisfied with the operation of the Roku device and took it with him. He said he would return with the device after checking it out. This happened 7/31/25. As of this date, 9/1/25, I still haven't heard from him, David Childs. I have sent 4 email messages and called his number at least twice. I also visited the Geek Squad manager and he said he would have the tech call me. This was a week ago. I don't know what the problem is, but I would like to have the Roku control device brought to my home ASAP.

    The two very efficient, polite and nice technicians who delivered my 77" Samsung QD-OLED were very considerate, and worked quickly and with sufficient details for non-techie me to feel very well considered and comfortable with the new set after they left. they removed all the packaging and also took away my huge old rear projection tv. No muss and fuss and they left my home neat, clean and very well-settled. They are a credit to the company as well as to the promise of service as described on the site.

    In about 20 minutes the Geek Squad did what would have taken me a few hours. Then they showed me how to work it. Absolutely NO STRESS! Thank you, Geek Squad

    Samsung 65" Q90T

    Recently purchased a Samsung 65" Q90T. Had free delivery and install/set up since I am an Elite Plus member. I took advantage of the free delivery however I decided to install the TV myself. I have a rather large entertainment center and am very particular about cable placement/install. Geek Squad will not move any large furniture or do custom cable hiding/zip strip so I figured id do it myself. I would recommend this option for anyone not familiar with installing a TV or for someone that doesn't have an extra set of hands to help lift the TV on a stand or wall mount.

    Geek Squad has always been such a good experience for me. They are knowledgeable and helpful. The technician set up my tv and laptop and showed me how to increase my speed on an old computer by using ethernet cable. He was helpful with Roku also. I always get more than just basic service with Geek Squad.

    I had two televisions activated at about the same time at two different residences. The first one went well with an experienced and very capable individual performing the tabletop install and remote sync flawlessly. The 2nd was a tabletop model installed by a somewhat experienced individual who did not complete soundbar synchronization. Another family member was present to supervise the install. Luckily, I had barely enough acumen upon my return to synch the soundbar. Don’t know why the Geek Squad guy told my family member to use a 2nd remote!?!?

    I had BestBuy's Geek Squad install 2 large flat screens for me. I cannot say enough about the team's professionalism, knowledge, helpfulness, workmanship, and general cheerful attitude. George, Nathan, and Chris are the best.

    Frank Fuller, Geek Squad installer was wonderful! He and his partner put on booties on their shoes, open the box neatly, took the packaging with them after installation. They connected all the equipment we had and instructed us on the use of both cable and TV remote. Frank is definitely an asset to the company!
