The Geek squad techs removed old TV, installed new TV to stand, and set up to Cable and sound bar quickly and easily. Also I asked them to give me a tutorial so would know how to use the basic channels and apps I use. Great service and very helpful. Was covered under my plan so no extra service charge.

Bobby Rodriguez and his teammate did a great job installing my new TV. They hooked it up and made sure I knew how to operate it. When he asked me if they could help with anything else, I asked him to hook up the old TV in another room. They were happy to do it and, as it turns out, I would not have been able to do it myself because I did not have the correct cable to connect it to my DirecTv. Thank you so much!

I can't say enough about Geek Squad! The agent took his time with us. He setup our TV and hooked up our new Roku and our speakers. He had parts in his work van that we could purchase if we needed anything like cables and even an amplifier if we needed one. That was really nice because if our old amp didn't work we would've had to reschedule our hookup if not for the agent having these things in his work van. This guy came prepared. He had a universal remote in his work van that we purchased. He setup for us and took his time showing us how to use all the special features. It was very helpful!

THE AGENTS WERE PROFESSIONAL, COURTEOUS,CONSIDERATE AND VERY CAPABLE. THEY UNPACKED AND SET-UP MY 77 INCH OLED LG TV AND MY BOSE 900 SOUND BAR. Professional all the way across the board. Setting up a TV is not necessarily a difficult task. But when you purchase a large expensive TV you do not want to take the chance that you did something wrong and it does not work after you set it up. With Geek Squad set up if it is not working when they are done they will take care of it right away. Quick, clean, and professional. They called when they were in transit with an estimated arrival time and they were early.

My Samsung TV died went to Best Buy looked at several models. Choose 65 in TCL Smart TV for bright bold color. Excellent price also purchased 5 year warranty. Have it hooked up to Apple TV remote plus sound bar. Picture is great. Price under $500.
