First set of techs were excellent. They went through all the settings on the TV, connected my devices, remotes, etc. Had to exchange TV which was easy but second set of techs sort of rushed in and rushed out. Didn’t offer to set up my directv or roku remotes to control the TV like the previous techs. Thank God I knew how to do it or it would have been a needless call to tech support. Both sets of techs clean and took everything away as agreed.

The installers were knowledgeable, pleasant and efficient.

Two members of Geek Squad came to install a TV bracket as Set up the TV preferences. They were very helpful in how to use our remote and channels! Highly recommend.

The young man who installed our TV, not only brought it by himself, carried it into the house, and assemblied, it with an efficient manner, competent, and very kind. That makes a big difference, in our opinion, of someone who comes into our home, and knows what he is doing. He was so welcoming and kind, enjoying what he was doing, and let us know he had never ever put this tv together, before. Reading the instruction booklet and putting it together with speed and care. Making sure his work area was clean and tidy. He told us, every step he made. . .and assured us, we would be experts by the time he left. Giving us confidence to be able to work this tv, which was different from other's we have had. Mostly giving us a pep talk and not talking down to us, but encouraging us, on every segment of the installation and operation of the TV. Even the speakers in the TV, are so much better than our other TV's. Randy and I were so impressed with this young man, his kindness and knowledge on this tv. That sure help, when you are unsure or out of your league on working tech items. Thank you for sending this young man. Not a Best Buy Associate, but an independent contractor. . . .that was beyond helpful, caring and nice. The two Geek Squad home service agents who helped get our new smart TV up and going couldn't have been more personable, knowledgable and helpful. They listened to our requests and quickly solved installation issues that were Greek to me. I'd call on them again and again.

The Geek Squad tech installed my TV with no problems. However, he suggested that I purchase a Roku device that would improve the sound and picture quality. He wasn't satisfied with the operation of the Roku device and took it with him. He said he would return with the device after checking it out. This happened 7/31/25. As of this date, 9/1/25, I still haven't heard from him, David Childs. I have sent 4 email messages and called his number at least twice. I also visited the Geek Squad manager and he said he would have the tech call me. This was a week ago. I don't know what the problem is, but I would like to have the Roku control device brought to my home ASAP.

Two Geek Squad gentlemen arrived to deliver our new 65" Samsung TV. They were pleasant, knowledgeable and professional! They set up our new TV and made it simple for us to understand how it worked and how to operate the remote to accomplish what we needed. It is our first Smart TV so we were grate for the guidance.

The Geeks were on time, quick and efficient. I probably could have set up our new TV by myself, but I knew my wife would give me a hard time if anything went wrong, so I bought the service. Best $100 I ever spent.

The Geek Squad tech left a message on my answering machine the day before to confirm the delivery and setup. He called the next morning at 7:50 to let me know that he would arrive in 20 minutes. He did. I was so pleased that a scheduled time was honored by a service representative. He and his partner worked together to unpack the TV, attach the stand, and set it up with my cable in minutes. They were both very polite and personable. I was happy with the entire experience since I was unwilling and unable to do it myself. Way to go, Geek Squad.

The set up of my new Television was a smooth transition. The technical folks did an outstanding job in a quick period of time. The saved me hours of time reading instructions and hours of frustration trying to set up the TV.

This is 49 inch Samsung is a wonderful product. The picture quality is amazing , end it is an extremely user friendly television m.

The technician installed my TV in a tight fitting cabinet in addition to hooking up a soundbar, cable box and DVD and VCR. The DVD and VCR had composite cables that required an adapter for the HDMI ports on the TV. He was very thorough and patiently answered my numerous questions.

The agents arrived at the stated time. They knew exactly what to do and went about theirr business with a very pleasant manner and left everything clean and proper. Answereed all my questions and explained everything as they worked. All and all a very good experience.

I ordered a tv installation to set on a cabinet and included taking away my old 55 inch tv. Geek squad came on time with the tv. Set up was fairly easy with the agent programming the tv and the remote. I did have to adjust the color on the tv from the factory settings but it has worked well. I really like the Samsung tv's and this is my second large Samsung tv. Having the total tech membership I got the tv at a discount as well as the installation. A definite plus having them do the installation although I'm sure I could have muddled through it. This way all is set up to my needs as the agent has the experience.

On-time to install and kept us informed about his arrival. The installer was knowledgeable and fast. Everything went as planned. No problems.

The agents connected the tv very quickly and professionally. In and out in no time. I have always had a good experience with The Geej Squad And Best Buy!

Turns out there are many more steps to properly setting up a new TV than just plugging it in. It actually took about 20 minutes to run through all the necessary settings and get things ready to go. The GS agent took us through the entire setup, which we would have found much harder on our own. Their experience in getting things done correctly is essential.
