    Benjamin Burkey spent almost 2 hours setting everything up. He was very knowledgeable and meticulous. He answered all of my questions and even called to check on things the next day! He was the best Geek Squad person that I have worked with and I would recommend him to anyone. You have a fantastic employee in Benjamin!

    The agent came to my house and explained everything to me and helped me pick out exactly what I wanted and needed. A week later another geek Squad employee showed up at my house with my television and everything needed to set it up. He showed me how to work everything and was knowledgeable and efficient. I couldn't be more happier and pleased with the service I received. I will be using the geek Squad for everything I need.

    They put it where I wanted it and did what they could to set it up. The TV did not come with a needed cable and they did not have one but told me the type to get. I was forced to buy one the next day. The service was great but I was disappointed that Best Buy charges extra for anything.

    The 2 installers were polite and professional. They handled taking down our old tv and installing the new Samsung 55 inch tv quickly and efficiently. We are retired and couldn't have done any of the installation without them.

    Josh and his assistant arrived as scheduled set up was very quick and easy. They explained how to move through the apps and other items. Done within forty minutes. In and out. Great job overall.

    Well the two gentlemen who delivered and set up our 65 inch Samsung were very good, quick, took the boxes away and cleared things up, However, they didn’t set up the tv to Hargray. We had to call someone from the Geek squad to see why we couldn’t get the local channels. As a result the tv still isn’t set up. Waiting for Hargray to come Tues. with a new remote and to set it up the way the second person from the square said.

    The duo team were very skilled at setting the Sony Bravia, They were courteous, professional yet friendly, They answered all my questions promptly. The set up was fast and they picked up my old tv in a jiffy. All in all 10 stars!!!

    The agents set everything up for us. We ran into a little issue but Geek came back out that same day and quick-fixed it. We then ran into another little issue and Geek came out and fixed it a different way - the issue was not at all the television in either case but the soundbar hook-up that turned out to be very minor and easily solved!! We are extremely pleased with this television!!

    We contacted the Geek Squad to get some information about a new TV we had just purchased. The agent was fairly knowledgeable, but was hard to understand. I don't think we were able to explain the situation well enough for him to respond with the information we needed. However, let us add, that we use the Geek Squad frequently and they are usually right on and we would recommend them to anyone.

    The agents brought my 85 in Roku TV and Mount that I purchased. I am new to Total Tech and I am very impressed. The agents were fast, friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Glad I purchased the Total Tech subscription and I plan to use it alot more in the future!

    Great guys, super helpful, very professional. Serious about being as knowledgeable as possible. My only criticism is not of the team but of the system. They made me select an entire day from 7 AM to 7 PM to be available for the delivery. Then, the night before at 9 PM, I got a text narrowing the window to something like 7-1. That is not exactly a narrow window. They should be able to make it a bit more convenient for customers.

    This Geek Squad visit was to exchange a replacement TV with one that had failed while under warranty. Aaron did an excellent job of packing the bad TV in the box from the new TV which I was glad about, since except for not working it was in perfect condition.

    The agents who came out to set up our TV were really great. They were very professional and very knowledgeable about the TV. My husband is disabled and sometimes his cognitive abilities are challenging. They made sure that he understood how to fully operate his remote

    I would have never paid to have someone hook up my new tv, but since the service was free I tried it out. I was extremely happy with the service, they called ahead of time and were even a little early, which was great so I wasn't waiting around all day. Now that I know how great the service is, I would pay for it in the future. So much easier having someone else hook it up in a short period of time, as opposed to me trying to figure it out and spending two hours doing so.
