The TV was set up as requested and the techs spent extra time showing us how to work it.

I am so happy I chose delivery and setup. The agents were experienced and courteous. They worked quickly and made sure I was happy before they left.

The agents who set up the TV were exceptional both as professionals and understanding "geeks" who explained everything to a layman like me in an understandable way. Cody et.al. are employees that make BestBuy the store I use and highly advise everyone to use.

My installation was pretty simple for them to accomplish. I have Total Tech so let them do the work. Two installers came to set it up and they took away all the packing materials. One nice thing of them doing it is that they gave me a tip to make my viewing easier on the other TV that I had already set up.

Really nice guys help to st it up. And explain how to ues it .

I would definitely recommend Geek Sqaud to all my family and friends!!! I’m cheap, so I rather have us install our TV ourselves, but with this past experience, I am definitely happy with their service!! They were FAST, and careful, they took our old tv, did not leave any trash or empty box, they explained everything very well, and they had great personalities, super cool!! My husband and I both were absolutely grateful but their service!!

Wow - Geek Squad brought TV, unpacked and installed where i wanted it. Wonderfully set and ready to go.. Beautifully fixed and checked to be sure it is working, remotes. Being able to speak into the remote for what I want to watch, WOW WOW!!! no need to hunt channels because of the remote availability. How sweet is that..Thanks GEEK....i RECOMMEND GEEK.

Robert and Truman was Awesome, these guys came in and set everything up perfectly and answered any questions or concerns we had, They made sure the TV was working at its best including the setting for the best picture quality. Keep up the great service.

The service provided by the Geek Squad personnel was amazing. Not only were they able to re-install my OLED tv correctly but they also gave my home theater system a tune up. Mike and his co-worker (I wish I remembered his name too) were great! They set up everything meticulously, went through all the settings and how everything works with me, and cleaned up and took away all the packing materials. My Standard Poodles loved them too! They even took an old subwoofer for me to recycle. Thank you guys! If I could give you a 10, I would!

Two members of the Geek squad came today and delivered our new 75 inch Samsung TV. They were extremely pleasant, very customer focused, efficient and professional. They went out of their way to ensure the old TV was removed, the new TV set up correctly and then showed me how to use it. Very pleasant experience.

Used Geek Squad for installation and setup. Installer on time, knowledgeable, friendly and install complete with no problems.

They were knowledgeable and very helpful in explaining my TV and soundbar operation. They cleaned up after themselves and even left their business card for us if we had any questions in the future. Great experience.
