They mounted my TV and set it up all the way. Also cleaned up the boxes and removed them.

Techs were here on time and very nice. Set up was done quickly and they took their time showing me how to use the TV & Sound bar system.

Smooth sailing, from picking out the most appropriate TV for my needs, to installation and brief instructions on how to use my new equipment. This was followed up by another visit to understand options for enhancing my viewing experience, where clear and easy to understand options were presented. I would definitely recommend Geed Squad support for people not up with the latest technology.

Josh and his assistant arrived as scheduled set up was very quick and easy. They explained how to move through the apps and other items. Done within forty minutes. In and out. Great job overall.

We were lucky to get the Geek Squad Tech that came to hook up our beautiful Sony Bravia 4k Ultra HD TV. He was well groomed and slipped on cool Geek Squad shoe covers without being asked to do so. He got right to work, making sense out of the knotted mess of cords behind our old TV, quickly and professionally hooking everything up. When he turned the new TV on the picture was absolutely gorgeous. He explained the features and remote and how to use it. I would highly recommend the Geek Squad to everyone, I'm happy we did!!!!

Worth every penny. Rob and Perry were great. First they wore booties in the house and I didn't even have to ask. Both wore masks another plus! They spent time setting up and loading the TV. If it were not for geek squad and their knowledge and excellent service, I would not buy anything at Best Buy! Best Buy has screwed up every single thing I have ever bought for them but fortunately the geeks were around to make things right. And please do not think that because everything has been messed up I am just not bright enough to do things correctly! I have spoken to many people who have given up on Best Buy for just that reason and we can't all be idiots!

They came out and installed my DVD player.Very Quick and easy and explained how to operate. Very Happy!!!

I can't stress strongly enough our gratitude for Ricky Garbrandt and Kat. They set up our new TV, sound bar and Blu-Ray, explaining things along the way. I was more stressed than Ricky when our Wi-Fi didn't operate properly! He stayed at it until everything was completely set up and working. He never made me feel like a fool (I am) and seemed willing to stay as long and necessary even though it was Friday afternoon and he certainly had better things to do! Big fan of the Geek Squad!

The guys were on time, answered all my questions, showed me how to navigate through the different features of the TV and the remote. They were very nice to a little old lady and very helpful. They worked well together and efficiently unpacked my new TV, hooked everything up, packed up the old TV and left after answering all of my questions and helping me access and set up Amazon Prime and Disney+. Great service in my book.

THE GEEK SQUAD BROUGHT MY NEW 65 INCH TV AND INSTALLED IT SO EASILY THAT WOULD HAVE BEEN IMPOSSIBLE FOR ME TO DO. FROM THE ACTUAL UNBOXING, PREPARATION OF THE TV AND THEN HOOKING UP THE INTERNET TO THE TV WAS FABULOUS. VERY PROFESSIONAL FROM START TO FINISH. CAN NOT BEAT BESY BUY.

Guys took out the old TV, which was an older 2006 rear projection TV that weighed 90 lbs, with no problems. They brought and set-up the new TV really fast. I couldn't do it myself, so I was so glad to have them here to do it.

I moved into a new home and needed 2 televisions mounted. Geek Squad members showed up early, was very friendly, was very professional, did a great job with the mounting with no damage to the surrounding areas in my home, and went above the service by cleaning up the area of work and even helped me install a feeder line into my wall to hide the cables! Thanks so much for all your hard work and this was the second time I’ve used Geek Squad for TV set up and would definitely do it again!
