The technician was totally knowledgeable and very professional. He set up my set and addressed all my technical issues. My wife and I were very happy with the service.

The tech did a great job of setting up the TV and explaining what needed to be explained.

The first TV had to be replaced and so far the second one is wonderful. Ariel was the set up technician for the second TV and he was wonderful. He showed me many things with the set up and I really appreciated the time he took to show me. A perfect gentleman too.

They set up my new TV and installed a ROKU. They went above and beyond as there weremany problems with the ROKU. Can't say enough good things about the two Geek Squad gentlemen that were here more than once for the same issue.

The 70 inch Samsung is fantastic! It is like you are there in person when watching my favorite team, the Celtics. The color is vibrant. I also want to thank the two installers who were professional yet friendly. They also set up my paid for channels.

Excellent installers who went right to it setting up 75 inch tv and new sound bar along with connecting my blue ray disc, firestick and roku in very short time. Everything worked as it should and they took all packaging and boxes out leaving area clean when they finished.

Had this tv delivered to my parents house. My mom kept telling me how the agents were amazing and kind from beginning to end. Got them set up and showed them how to use everything.

Fast and professional. Moved a big TV from LR to BR and mounted to stand, BR TV removed, new BIG TV w/sound bar installed, cables, wires -- all of it. A quick how-to on remote operation and all the packaging left with them. I saved ALMOST enough on the install fees to pay for the items I bought too.

The third party contractor came on time and Chris Duncan was very professional, efficient, knowledgeable and polite. He ensured all my questions were answered and took away my 8-year old non-working flat screen for disposal. I had a third party provider for installation and delivery since I wanted it delivered the next morning. I am very happy with the service provided.

Geek squad did a great job mounting and setting up my tv. Showed me how to use the TV with the remote it came with. Which is what I wanted because I wanted to return the cable box to the cable company. Saving 11$ a month. They were fast and thorough.

My TV was installed, and I was able to operate it without any problems. All my streaming apps were ready to go. The whole installation was painless.

Purchased 85 inch tv costing over $2500. I thought an extra $200 to set up this thin tv was worth it, as it requires 2 persons to set up. Besides if GEEK Squad breaks TV its their problem.

We are very happy with the 65" Samsung Smart TV. Great picture, color easy to use remote. Great choice and would recommend to anyone looking for a new tv. The techs who delivered and set up the tv were fast and answered all our questions. Did not feel we were taking too much of their time.
