Best way to put up a tv. By having geek squad do it. A little pricy. But if it’s a big tv well worth it

Yes, and they did an excellent job. They were done quickly and cleaned up afterward. Helped me get it programmed for my favorite streaming channels and made sure they had answered all my questions.

I finally had enough of Xfinity cable and wanted to try out streaming (Hulu, Netflix, Espn+, etc.]. Since my TV and receiver were both over 15 years old their technology could not stream without using an attached device. Since Geek Squad set-up my old home entertainment system, I decided to use Geek Squad to come out and perform a free in-home consultation with recommendations on product options to purchase. Based on their recommendations I purchased a new TV, receiver and 4K disk player (I have over 1,600 movies in my collection). They delivered the TV, I picked up the smaller items, and set-up my new home entertainment system. The two technicians were very professional and answered all of my questions. I am very happy with my new home system and glad I used them.

This set up team was excellent. Took a very small amount of time to set up TV, and connect it to my WiFi account. They explained how to solar charge the remote control, and then took all of the packaging material away.

Your staff was very pleasant & very professional! Alexandra was wonderful when setting up my TV. I asked so many questions and she just continued to answer without hesitation in a very very nice manner. I would recommend Best/buy & geek squad to anyone.

Setup went well and technicians gave me some good tips on using the TV.

They setup the TV, but only connected the xfinity box. I set up my dvr and vhs boxes. Also I set up the picture and audio values. They were very fast, but only one of them spoke English, although poorly.

While I try to keep up with technology, I wouldn't think of a purchase without someone coming to hook everything up, such as multiple things to the TV. We were kept informed as to the tech's arrival time, which had to be a bit late. He was professional and friendly, but he was in a hurry. I would suggest asking questions or requesting they work with you on your set-up. Our guy just sped through everything, while we sat by and said nothing. Our fault entirely, just suggesting you be smarter than we were. =:>)

The agents were on time and respectful of my home. They did a great job of educating me about my purchase.

The nice young man,Ray, set up our TV and helped us with concerns about what we needed for my husband to hook up his TV ears to our new TV. I had texted him the next day about an issue and he called me back and helped us fix the problem.

The agents set everything up for us. We ran into a little issue but Geek came back out that same day and quick-fixed it. We then ran into another little issue and Geek came out and fixed it a different way - the issue was not at all the television in either case but the soundbar hook-up that turned out to be very minor and easily solved!! We are extremely pleased with this television!!

The agents who installed the tv did a good job of installation and programming the cable remotes. They did not check the 5.1 surround theater system or balance the speaker output as is noted in the option we paid for. Nor did they check our DVD to see if it is working. I have set another appointment up to review these issues. Once this is completed I will be happy with this purchase. We spent a considerable amount of money for the tv and installation services and want them to work.

Really great service, they showed up when they said they would, got my TV's in and put the stand together in 30 min (which would have probably taken me 3 hours) and had the TV mounted in no time flat. They were very friendly, too and, as a bonus, took all the garbage with them when they left. I was really impressed.

Both of the technicians (sorry I’ve forgotten thier names) were absolutely professional and courteous! They were very respectful of our house and thorough!

This is the first time we have used Geek Squad. They delivered our tv, took away the old one, and set up our new tv to the 4 components we have plus our antenna. They were very friendly and professional and went over all the features of our tv. They were here over 1 1/2 hours to set everything up so it was well worth the money. It would have taken us hours to do what they did plus we would have had to dispose of our old tv. We will use them again.

The geek squad that comes to your home to set up your purchases are far more knowledgeable than the average one in the store who sells it to you. These guys will go the extra mile and complete their job even after they leave. I am elderly and not techno savoy. I received an updated Comcast remote several days after best buy was here. I knew I had nothing to do with it. I called Comcast and it was ordered for me at no cost for delivery or monthly fee. I can't say enough good about this service.

Oh my Word! The two Geek Squad agents were friendly, efficient, knowledgeable, and very fast! They took down my old TV, mounted the new 55 LG and helped me with all the settings. They were extremely patient in teaching me all about the features and even hooked up my phone and my computer to the new TV. I trust their knowledge and their ability to solve problems. Thanks to the Geek Squad, my husband and I are now enjoying our new TV.

I recommend doing getting them to do everything. Why bother wasting your time. Quick and easy...they answer all your questions and get you setup quickly.

We contacted the Geek Squad to get some information about a new TV we had just purchased. The agent was fairly knowledgeable, but was hard to understand. I don't think we were able to explain the situation well enough for him to respond with the information we needed. However, let us add, that we use the Geek Squad frequently and they are usually right on and we would recommend them to anyone.
