This Geek Squad visit was to exchange a replacement TV with one that had failed while under warranty. Aaron did an excellent job of packing the bad TV in the box from the new TV which I was glad about, since except for not working it was in perfect condition.

The two guys brought my 43" TV, unpackaged it and set it up. They downloaded everything, tested the remotes and even gave me a brief tutorial. Outstanding service -- timely, friendly and competent. Highly recommend!

I purchased a brand new samsung tv for my brother who has a handicap. The delivery agents installed the tv and configured it with speed and precision to where my brother wanted it and how he wanted it configured. The service was top class.

The Geek Squad installed this 65” TV with ease and professionalism. They checked it to make sure everything was working correctly. There is no way my husband and myself could have installed this TV on our own, at our age . Thank God for this service.

Techs did a good job and cleaned everything up. Very knowledgable.

The agents connected my TV and explained the pointer (the name is gone) to me. I had disconnected the DVR after they left last time and had it where I couldn't even get a station. So it was a very simple problem for them. The biggest problem for them was explaining everything to me. I am so upset that you can't get a DVR that will tape while watching TV.

I recommend doing getting them to do everything. Why bother wasting your time. Quick and easy...they answer all your questions and get you setup quickly.
