The service was regarding my slow computer. No TV was installed

Did a good job of hocking the computers, but just jammed all the wiring behind the units and left

Agent was able to clean up my repaired laptop, however I need Geek Squad to remote to be able to fix batter issue. Cannot use laptop without charging cord. It worked before hack. Best Buy Geek squad had it over a week. This is a new computer bought at BestB in October 2022. Need to contact Geek Squad again

Loren did an outstanding job. He quickly fixed my issues and had good explanations of what he did and how I could prevent further issues and maybe fix them in the future.

For reasons unknown to me (limited computer knowledge) my printers stopped printing two-sided. I called Geek Squad and they solved my problem. Both Printers had outdated software (I guess). They loaded the new or proper drivers and I was up and running again.

the agent told me I had a virus in my computer, he took care of the problem, and it has been working great, thanks to agent Aaron for a great job Well done.

So far Geek Squad service has been good. The virus and operating system seem to be working well. Although, while working on web sight some company managed to get into my account and charged me. Probably due to my fault as I thought I was dealing with one company when in fact I was dealing with another. I would like to know can I block certain companies from entering my pc space?
