The two fellas who delivered and set up my new Samsung TV were most efficient, helpful and complete. I just hope that if I ever need The Geek Squad in the future, I will get the same guys. They were great with answering all my questions and took great care with the clean-up and disposal of the old TV. Thanks, Best Buy!

The installation of my TV went very well. The installer was very helpful and very knowledgeable about my new TV and its many features. Again, excellent service.

They arrived as scheduled, wore masks and installed our new tv quickly and efficiently as well as explained how to use the new remote. They set up the streaming services that we needed and cleaned all areas that they touched. I highly recommend the Geek Squad.

my tv was set up and they made sure that i understood how to work the remote before they left. they adjusted the color and made sure i was happy with the picture. they called ahead of time to make sure it was okay to come early and left a number for me to call if i had problems.

The agents took away my old TV and mounted my new 65 inch Samsung in remarkably fast time. They skillfully reconnected all devices including my Blu-ray player and Dish Network. They made sure that I was able to pair up all remotes and even walked me through getting online with the several apps that I already have. They provided tips and suggestions on how to achieve a better picture as well. They were very courteous and cleaned up after themselves taking the TV box with them. They gave me a number to call should I need any additional help, which I did not. I was very impressed with these two individuals - their professionalism and patience. I highly recommend installation by the Geek Dquad. Without hesitation, I give them five stars!

I had a great experience with the Geek Squad's free TV installation service. They arrived right on time and did a very good job. The team carefully measured everything to ensure the TV fit perfectly in the living room. They also made sure the TV was working properly and updated with the latest software. What I really appreciated was that they cleaned up everything afterward—taking all the boxes and styrofoam with them—so there was no mess left behind. Overall, a smooth and professional service. To: Best Buy Representatives, Portage MI store managers: Ryan #1: Our most recent TV improvement went especially well: Initially we spent time with 2-3 Best Buy Store agents, but Ryan#1 (Samsung representative) contributed substantially to the initial sale. He (and his store colleagues) were especially helpful and uncommonly patient with the depth of questions that arose as a by-product of this sale. The price drop(s) that apparently happened were also a substantial contribution to our decision. While we have purchased our last 5-6 TVs (and numerous other items) from Best Buy, this was a most memorable experience. Ryan #2: This sale was followed by a Best Buy in-home installation. Ironically it was a different Ryan that exhibited ALL form of prowess, experience (and patience) during this event. He addressed all form of questions and even left a business card to enable follow up questions as they occurred. He and his associate (helper) clearly exceeded any imagined expectation. Please do whatever is necessary to retain these valued representatives.

The Geek Squad did an awesome job setting up the sound system, 4K Blue ray player and Harmony remote system. They were very courteous, professional and on time. We were really pleased that they had shoe covers to cover their shoes to protect our light colored carpeting. The weather wasn’t great the day they came.

The tech guy set up our smart tv and showed us how to use the controls. We have had the same tech guy on three occasions, and he is knowledgeable, friendly, and very helpful.

The technicians who came to install the television were very professional and respectful of me and my home. He was patient explaining how to access the features.

The agents were extremely knowledgeable and professional. They followed all covid guidelines to a tee making my wife feel very comfortable. When purchasing a large tv this is the only way to go..excellent service.

My new Samsung has such a picture it feels like I'm on location of what I'm watching. Its easy to use and set up was made for someone like me who is computer challenged. I no longer need to call on the six year old next door to undo whatever it was I did to mess up my other electronics.

THE GEEK SQUAD WENT OVER A LAPTOP I HAD PURCHASED SEVERAL YEARS AGO, BUT NEVER USED BECAUSE I ALSO HAD A DESKTOP COMPUTER. WORKS GREAT - NOW I HAVE TO ADJUST TO THE LAPTOP.

Perfect installation. needed a new box and he came back and installed it too to get me going perfectly!

The agents were great, they were very pleasant, they made sure everything was connected correctly and made sure we knew how to use all functions before they left. They also removed the old television with no questions asked. They were wonderful

The GS team did an excellent job of installing my new TV. From unpacking to cleanup, they were professional in every way. This is the only way to go.

They mounted the tv on the wall and made sure everything was hooked up correctly except the internet, they couldn't get our Smart TV connected to the internet. I had to have an IT guy come out to get the TV to connect to the internet. Also they stood on the hearth to reach above the mantel and when they stepped on the edge part of our stone work came off, we have to hire a masonry to put the stone work back into place. My recommendation is to make sure they use a ladder.

I purchased this Samsung TV in August 2024 and have been very happy. The picture is crisp. It was delivered as scheduled and the Geek Squad was professional and helpful. If you are somewhat technically challenged, let the Geek Squad help you out!

The two team members that delivered and set up the new Samsung TV were superb. They completely set up the TV, adding all the apps that we had previously, provided guidance to tech challenged seniors on the operation, and removed the old TV. Both were polite and friendly. They were very clear in the descriptions and operations, making sure we understood.
