    Joe and Mike did a great job! Showed up on time, put on gloves and masks, wiped down box, all to minimize contagion! And then they proceeded to geek out and install the sob. Works great! Thanks guys!

    The tv was installed and connected very quickly. Installers were terrific. They answered any questions we had and were very knowledgeable. They knew that we needed extra help because we were not tech savy.

    What a beautiful picture in my new Samsung 70” !!!!! The picture is perfect. The installers were quick and on time! Thank you Best Buy You can’t get any better than that

    The two people that came to set up my TV, were professional and polite. They knew exactly what they had to do to hook it up. They also turned it on to make sure everything was running properly before they left.

    These 3 guys were great! They knew their stuff and were so friendly. They installed the tv and showed us how to work it. Cleaned everything up. Knowledgeable and professional.

    The agent connected Tv and it worked for a dsy or so then didn't work right. On ph with 4 or so Best Buy & Geek Squad-- sent to Samsung tech 1 time. Finally Geek Squad reconnected not with cable but with HDMI2. Tv never turns on same way & is frustrating to use. Picture is good, sound quality is ok. Like Samsung TV - 3 one.

    I'm not a savvy techy so help with any set-up is mandatory for me. The techs came out and effortlessly set up my TV and Blue-ray, easily set-up the universal remote and walked me through the features. I appreciated this very much.

    Our Best Buy Geek Squad installers were tremendous just like our new Samsung AI neo QLED TV. Knowledgeable, sensible, communicated well, and courteous. Great guys. Surely couldn't have done it without them. Great job!

    They did an excellent job of mounting the 85 in. TV and connecting my devices including a soundbar. I went against their recommendation to use an HDMI cable to connect the soundbar to the TV. I had been told by personnel at the BestBuy store that the optical cable connection would provide the same functionality as an HDMI connection - THEY WERE WRONG. We ended up with many problems with the soundbar function because we connected it via optical cable (based on information provided at the store). Geek Squad techs actually came back after this bad experience and reconnected and reconfigured everything with an HDMI connection!

    I was very pleased (and grateful) for the guidance and help in setting up the tv. It was challenging, as my brother has aphasia (a communication disorder) which makes dealing with strangers/technicians especially difficult. Mike, the tech, called to confirm his arrival time and couldn't have been kinder or more helpful to my brother.

    Dan and Alex provided amazing customer service while installing my new Bravia 8II and Bravia 9 soundbar. Dan's knowledge and expertise is incredible and he did a great job explaining the function and use of both units.

    The agent mounted my TV on the wall and connected all my devices. When that was done they discovered a problem with the TV. The remote would not connect. They arranged for an exchange, walked me through setting up the controls on my phone, and cleaned up after themselves. when the replacement came in they delivered it, took down the TV replacing it, and once again cleaned up after themselves.

    David, the person who set this up, was very comprehensive in his demonstration to me. He explained it thoroughly in ways that I could understand. Well I do have a master's degree, I am 80 years old and not that tech savvy with this kind of application. The installation was very pleasant. He made me feel very comfortable.

    Geek Squad installed BluRay DVD player

    Geek Squad techs connected our new Sony BluRay DVD player to our new Samsung Smart TV. They then disconnected unused wires/cables that were left plugged into the power surge protector. They also answered questions we had about using our new smart tv we didn’t get to ask the previous tech that installed our new tv. They were great! Very helpful and we’re not trying to rush us. One of them even gave us one of his business cards in case we had any questions. Great service and very professional.
