Chris was excellent at setting up and programming my new set. He was thorough at explaining features new to me and made sure I was comfortable using them. There was an issue with my wifi and he problem-solved until he found the solution. He was patient and knowledgeable.

The two technicians did are great job setting up my 82 inch TV and also setup my bose surround sound system.

the agents were neat, clean, and knowledgeable. They unpacked and connected the sound bar and tv quickly and answered all our questions.

Easy to use and great image on the screen. Sound is very good and screen commands are fairly easy to use. I have comcast and the controls talk to the set very well.

The agent Alan, who was sent out to hook up our tv was extremely professional, polite and friendly. He patiently walked us through the settings and how to use certain features on the new tv. He answered all our questions, very knowledgeable. If we should ever need services from a member of the Geek Squad again, I would be very happy if Alan was the one. He's just a really nice person!

The installers were very professional and did a fantastic job installing the mount as I wanted. They were very considerate and cleaned up everything!

The agents came on time and took down the old TV and put up the new one. It was well packed and they were very careful to take care. After it was set up, one of the gentleman stayed to program the TV, set up my apps, and make sure everything was going to work perfectly without struggling through it myself. Thank you!

Delivery and set-up by Geek Squad was flawless. The whole set-up (table top) took about an hour, and this included the Geek technician sync'ing the new TV with my Comcast equipment, and walking me through the TV's many features and functions at a fairly detailed level. Also, he removed my old TV and all the box debris. Great job, Geek!

The Geek Squad carefully took our new 65" tv out of the box, installed the stand and connected the wires to our tv and to our dvr/HD box ans the picture on the tv is beautiful!! The Geek Squad even put our old tv in the styrofoam and in the box as our son wanted it to play video games on!! I definitely recommend the Geek squad, courteous, neat and thorough!

Guys doin the set up were friendly, clean, and helpful. I took one star off because so some issues they had getting everything working, but in the end everything was working. I would gladly have the same crew return for a future install. My scheduled wall mount for my Sonos surround speakers, Seems the part is on back order over a month, was supposed to be available the morning of the tv install. Not the crews fault at all, and i would be happy having them back to install the mounts!

Josh set up my TV quickly and without a hitch. He clearly explained everything, making sure I understood each item before moving on to the next. Josh was professional and friendly; excellent demeanor. He moved the old TV out - which wasn't easy as it was old and very heavy; had to be moved out via the patio and backyard because it would not fit through the patio door leading to the inside of the house. Josh is top notch!

These guys were great. They were professional, personable and efficient. They had me set up and running in no time with helpful instructions as to the functionality of my new TV and helpful hints. Well worth the price to have everything taken care of for me. They were patient with me and my numerous questions as well and even told me what I needed to connect some older equipment to work with my new TV. The Geek Squad delivered my TV and connected it so that I could use it. They showed me what to do with the remote if I had to use it. They even set up my remote from my cable provider for me so that I didn't have to have them make a visit. I have no problem using the remote from my cable provider. They also removed my old TV and took it to be recycled even though I paid for the removal. Otherwise I don't know what I would have done with the old one.

The agents were very professional and good at their job. They measured my TV stand and said it would be slightly short for the TV legs so they were a great help in trouble shooting and using my coffee table to put my TV on for now. They hooked up my Blue Ray and got all my apps up and running. They also connected up my sound bar. I asked any and all questions and they were kind and answered them. I give the a 5!!

Geek squad (I think his name was Kyle) was great. He was knowledgeable about setting up my TV, tried an old antennae and then suggesting another that might work and then he set that one up on another visit. He actually showed me how to use more functions on my TV and being patient while i wrote the steps down. He didn't make me feel stupid for not knowing all this. He gets an A+ in costumer service!
