    I did not have the "knowhow" -

    I felt I could connect my new 32 inch TV all by myself, but I was not certain that I would be in control of the cable box and my VCR when I was through. So I arranged for Geek Squad to help. (That was a miserable experience in part because I tried to do it by calling Best Buy and the phone service just after Thanksgiving was almost nonexistent and automated. I had questions I needed answering before I could schedule an appointment.) BUT once I got to a person (who was very supportive), all went smoothly. ☺︎ The gentleman who installed my TV was very capable. And yes, in connecting the devices, there were places that appeared on my TV screen that I never would have known to explore. When he was done, I had a "master remote" that controlled the TV AND the cable box and the access to the VCR. I did not need three remotes any more! Magic! ☺︎ And then he tutored me on how to navigate! ☺︎ ☺︎ Life was soooo simple - for those first few days. Then I hit the Mute button. Yes, the TV went mute. ☺︎ BUT I could not get the sound back - nor do anything else for that matter. It took me at least an hour of struggle, before I was in control again. I do not know what buttons I pushed or selections I made or in what order. I know I stumbled onto many of the mysterious areas the installer had gone and had made selections and moved on. My excursion was in no way purposeful and I have no idea how I finally succeeded. But I am in control now. ☺︎ I have learned a lot about the options that are available in the set up of the TV and that is a good thing. BUT I no longer have a "master remote". Nope, I need all three remotes once again. And at the moment, I do not dare to recreate the "master remote". I just do not know enough to try.

    The agents (Blake & his assistant) did an excellent job of setting up my new LG TV and LG soundbar system. They worked very efficiently in getting my system set up and running. Blake thoroughly explained how to operate, and navigate the new TV, with the two different remotes--cable & TV.

    Travis as the lead technician wanted to be sure to install our TV the way we wanted it, and solved the need for a wall mount by using the inner attachments so that it would fit on our existing stand which no one else at the local Best Buy store could confirm. They assembled the TV quickly and correctly and completed the setup faster than I could see what they were doing. They also removed all of the packing material and large box to save me from lugging it to the curb for Monday pick-up. They both were friendly, obviously enjoyed their jobs, and spoke clear English. They carted the old TV into an adjacent room where floor space was adequate and unobtrusive. They were a pleasure to have in our home.

    Antiono is the best. Everything works just fine. Clean hook up on all my stuff and tested everything and showed me how and why to use the controls.

    The two technicians who installed my new Sony Bravia were fast, efficient and very knowledgable. They flawlessly paired the TV with my wireless modem, 4K Blu-Ray player, Bose soundbar and headphones. After the installation, they removed the old set and new TV's packing for recycling. As a final step, they explained how to access all of the settings and apps available with the Bravia. Overall, a great experience!

    The two Geek Squad technicians quickly set up my new TV including providing an HDMI cord when it became clear that I did not have one. They also were very generous in showing me how to use the remote and the various functions as this is my first smart TV. They answered all my questions and also suggested that if I needed additional help, I should get in touch with the Geek Squad 800n number,

    The Geek rep arrived early, and worked diligently to restructure our modem/router wiring for our new Roku TV hookup. He then took additional time to set up the TV, which had been scheduled on a different day. So glad to have his expertise and get it done all at once.

    The team that installed our television were both very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. They were through in the explanation of how the tv worked along with the features that it has. Also noticed that our router wasn't strong enough for the products that we have and was able to point us in the right direction for a new one, and was also a "Deal of the Day". Highly recommend!

    This was definitely a good decision on my part. The technicians were careful in setting it up. They were very professional in what they knew and how to connect my various devices such as sound bar and streaming boxes. They fixed the cords so they weren’t hanging all over everything. They asked me questions so they would do it my way. They patiently showed me how to maneuver, how to connect, etc. I am so pleased.

    They brought the tv when they said they would. Very polite and complete gentleman. Set the tv where I wanted. Took time to show me how everything worked. They also made sure I understood each and every thing about the tv

    The Geek Squad tech set up my tv and walked me through the tv features and using the remote. He patiently answered all my questions and was spot on with his assessment of a streaming issue that I had been having. A very good experience.

    The Geek Squad was very helpful delivering the TV, setting it up, showing me how to navigate with the remote, and answering my questions. They went through it all quickly, so I had to have them re-explain a few things, but they were patient, friendly, and accommodating.

    The installers where on time, I appreciated the call 30 minutes before that they would be on time. That is so good PR/Customer Service. I paid for Delivery and installation. It is SO worth it!!!! I made sure the area was clear of all breakable items and things that did not need to be there. They were in and out in 50 minutes! It does help to have the area prep for them to work in with just what is expected to be there. The installers were polite to me and my home and very knowledgeable about the setup. I recommend them every time. Just so I do not have to deal with cables.

    Wonder Geek Squad Service

    Everything was set up including my tv remotes, Netflix and Prime Video apps and television on my Comcast equipment. My old TV that was not "smart" was taken away. It was well worth the additional cos for this service. I also bought extended service on my new TV the Geek Squad was present.
