Great guys!!!! Cole, Christian, Michael really great professional,nice,excellent,kind,patient men!!!! Very knowledgeable Cole was great at all the tech. very impressed!!! Impressed with them all for sure!!!

The technicians were both very professional and knowledgeable getting the TV setup and connected quickly.

The agent kept me abreast of his arrival time and arrived as promised. He set the TV up quickly and showed me some of the basics in terms of fine tuning the set. He took the box and trash with him. The peace of mind of having BB set up a 55 inch TV for me was well worth it.

I can't stress strongly enough our gratitude for Ricky Garbrandt and Kat. They set up our new TV, sound bar and Blu-Ray, explaining things along the way. I was more stressed than Ricky when our Wi-Fi didn't operate properly! He stayed at it until everything was completely set up and working. He never made me feel like a fool (I am) and seemed willing to stay as long and necessary even though it was Friday afternoon and he certainly had better things to do! Big fan of the Geek Squad!

The agent set up my TV and connected my X Box and theater system. He was very nice and professional. The entire set up only took a few minutes.

The agents (husband/wife) were prompt, cleaned up all packaging, and set up the TV and Roku remote. I was pleased with their electronic know-how and would definitely ask for Manada again on future TV install!

If it were not for geek squad and their knowledge and excellent service, I would not buy anything at Best Buy! Best Buy has screwed up every single thing I have ever bought for them but fortunately the geeks were around to make things right. And please do not think that because everything has been messed up I am just not bright enough to do things correctly! I have spoken to many people who have given up on Best Buy for just that reason and we can't all be idiots!

Great TV has great picture and easy to set up. It better picture then the old TV.

Wow - Geek Squad brought TV, unpacked and installed where i wanted it. Wonderfully set and ready to go.. Beautifully fixed and checked to be sure it is working, remotes. Being able to speak into the remote for what I want to watch, WOW WOW!!! no need to hunt channels because of the remote availability. How sweet is that..Thanks GEEK....i RECOMMEND GEEK.

They were fast . In and out under 30 mins. I would recommend again.

The technician installed my TV in a tight fitting cabinet in addition to hooking up a soundbar, cable box and DVD and VCR. The DVD and VCR had composite cables that required an adapter for the HDMI ports on the TV. He was very thorough and patiently answered my numerous questions.

They came out and installed my DVD player.Very Quick and easy and explained how to operate. Very Happy!!!

I feel capable of installing a television, but it's not my favorite thing to do, so I decided to have the Geek Squad install this tv. I am so glad I did. The TV was broken so he ran back to the store to replace it and I had purchased a universal remote and he recommended a different one. He was able to sell me the better remote and add its installation as well. End of the appointment and the setup is great! I have been recommending this service to a number of people. So easy!

Smooth sailing, from picking out the most appropriate TV for my needs, to installation and brief instructions on how to use my new equipment. This was followed up by another visit to understand options for enhancing my viewing experience, where clear and easy to understand options were presented. Quick and efficient! I believe his name was Ricardo and his partner came in unboxed the tv removed my old tv and got right to work in setting up new tv. They worked as a team set up was smooth and informative showing me correct use of controller and such

The agents arrived at the stated time. They knew exactly what to do and went about theirr business with a very pleasant manner and left everything clean and proper. Answereed all my questions and explained everything as they worked. All and all a very good experience.

Service was provided right on schedule. Installer kept me informed of expected time of arrival and came right on time. Very neat and efficient in setting up the TV.

Not being technically inclined, this is the best route for me when purchasing any type of tech. Having the Total Tech Support contract gives me access to a variety of services that take away any frustration when making new purchases. Knowing that I have the Geek Squad at my side to come out and get my equipment set up not only properly, but quickly is comforting.
