    The ease it takes to learn and maneuver through the various Apps on the screen is unbelievable. Even for an old man like me. And all with one remote WOW!

    Excellent service by our Geek Squad tech. He delivered it in a timely fashion, maintained social distancing & wiped items as needed. He removed the broken old tv & boxing for the new tv for recycling. He was knowledgeable & efficient - I did miss some items but was able to figure out everything as he had set up the remotes. I was impressed with Geek Squad’s overall service experience & will be looking to use Best Buy in the future for service & install.

    Buying the tv was a good experience. The salesperson was informative and professional. Answered all questions and was not a hurry-up and get-gone. Geek squad did super job setting up.

    The two technicians who installed my new Sony Bravia were fast, efficient and very knowledgable. They flawlessly paired the TV with my wireless modem, 4K Blu-Ray player, Bose soundbar and headphones. After the installation, they removed the old set and new TV's packing for recycling. As a final step, they explained how to access all of the settings and apps available with the Bravia. Overall, a great experience!

    it was easy to set the appointment I was updated via text frequently in the says leading up to the appointment The tech showed up wihin the appointment window The installation went very smoothly and all the tech's suggestions were spot on. The products and their operation were clearly demonstrated and the tech made sure I could operate the products I was given contact information in the event I needed follow-up help. All in all, a thoroughly good to excellent experience.

    The techs showed up on time, they were careful and courteous in our house and during the set up of our new tv. When completed they hides us through the personalization process and provided us with valuable visual aids to be certain we would get full access to all the features of the tv after they had left.

    Great guys, super helpful, very professional. Serious about being as knowledgeable as possible. My only criticism is not of the team but of the system. They made me select an entire day from 7 AM to 7 PM to be available for the delivery. Then, the night before at 9 PM, I got a text narrowing the window to something like 7-1. That is not exactly a narrow window. They should be able to make it a bit more convenient for customers.

    I felt I could connect my new 32 inch TV all by myself, but I was not certain that I would be in control of the cable box and my VCR when I was through. So I arranged for Geek Squad to help. (That was a miserable experience in part because I tried to do it by calling Best Buy and the phone service just after Thanksgiving was almost nonexistent and automated. I had questions I needed answering before I could schedule an appointment.) BUT once I got to a person (who was very supportive), all went smoothly. ☺︎ The gentleman who installed my TV was very capable. And yes, in connecting the devices, there were places that appeared on my TV screen that I never would have known to explore. When he was done, I had a "master remote" that controlled the TV AND the cable box and the access to the VCR. I did not need three remotes any more! Magic! ☺︎ And then he tutored me on how to navigate! ☺︎ ☺︎ Life was soooo simple - for those first few days. Then I hit the Mute button. Yes, the TV went mute. ☺︎ BUT I could not get the sound back - nor do anything else for that matter. It took me at least an hour of struggle, before I was in control again. I do not know what buttons I pushed or selections I made or in what order. I know I stumbled onto many of the mysterious areas the installer had gone and had made selections and moved on. My excursion was in no way purposeful and I have no idea how I finally succeeded. But I am in control now. ☺︎ I have learned a lot about the options that are available in the set up of the TV and that is a good thing. BUT I no longer have a "master remote". Nope, I need all three remotes once again. And at the moment, I do not dare to recreate the "master remote". I just do not know enough to try.

    Was well worth it. Technician took down old TV and hookups and set up new TV. Ensured everything was working. Offered some guidance and tips on the use of the remote and apps. Hauled away the old TV. Everything left nice and neat.

    A few weeks ago Best Buy delivered my new LG C4 TV and installed it for me. The two technicians were very professional and considerate. They left the space nicely cleaned up and made sure everything was working right and on top of the icing of the cake they made sure I knew how to navigate the tv. Oh, and before delivery they informed me about their delivery ETA.

    Set up a 55 inch and 43 inch very quickly, cleaned up all the wires to make it look neat and shipshape. Demo to show us how to use both. Terrific experience.

    Agent put my TV On stand, then more or less said you’re on your own kid!!! I’m a 66 year old woman, I live alone!!!! I need more help!!! I don’t know how it works!!!!? I need more instructions!!!!

    The technician was thoroughly familiar with the operation of this TV and set my preferences quickly and made adjustments to color to provide a vibrant & realistic picture. The technician set up needed apps and connected my peripherals (sound bar, cable box, Xbox and DVD player). Service was excellent, professional and courteous.

    The agents (husband/wife) were prompt, cleaned up all packaging, and set up the TV and Roku remote. I was pleased with their electronic know-how and would definitely ask for Manada again on future TV install!
