The installers where on time, I appreciated the call 30 minutes before that they would be on time. That is so good PR/Customer Service. I paid for Delivery and installation. It is SO worth it!!!! I made sure the area was clear of all breakable items and things that did not need to be there. They were in and out in 50 minutes! It does help to have the area prep for them to work in with just what is expected to be there. The installers were polite to me and my home and very knowledgeable about the setup. I recommend them every time. Just so I do not have to deal with cables.

Very professional and knowledgeable technicians. They came up with some great solutions and did a great job with the install. Helped setup the software and remote and explained it very well. Would highly recommend using their services for tv and tech installs.

I was a little leary about buying this service, but I was buying a very expensive OLED TV and wanted it set up by professionals and make sure everything was working, so I added this service. In addition to the installation, all my remotes were programmed to work with the TV, DVD player and Sound Bar. Plus all of the cables were bundled and hidden as best they could, which kept my wife happy. These gentlemen were prompt, keeping me notified when they would arrive, were courteous and made sure I was pleased before they left. Worth the money this time.

The tv is awesome! It is like being in a movie theater. Go get one great buy!

Did a good job quickly, were very helpful and friendly

We had a 3rd party contractor set up our 55” Samsung TV instead of the Geek Squad. We had no prior knowledge that it wouldn’t be the Geek Squad. Still, he did a good job in bringing in the tv , setting it up and showing me and the wife on the controls and remotes. The only negative was he wanted to log us in to our internet. We were uncomfortable with him doing that. We did it ourselves but he still wanted to watch us put in our router password. After he left, we changed our router password. Can’t be too careful.

Very easy process to get my big screen TV set up by Geek Squad techs. They are very helpful and answer any questions that may come to mind.

I was very satisfied with the tech who delivered and set up my new Samsung 55” TV. He took the time with me to be sure all of my services were set up and working, and that my cable remote worked with my TV as well. He was pleasant, polite and professional. Well done!

Unpacked and set up tv properly and put old tv in garage.

Alex and Bobby did an excellent job by relocating my existing 85” TV to a higher position on my wall. They were both very courteous and friendly. They also installed another TV in a bedroom and took the time to go over all the features. Both Alex and Bobby went above the call of duty, keep up the excellent job.

The agent arrived ahead of schedule installed the TV and provided instructions to my 94 year old uncle. He was very polite and professional.

The Geek Squad men were absolutely wonderful in how they set up our new television, Besides that they informed us totally how to run the television and they were very personable.

Juan Ventura was amazing. He was on time and so professional. He spent time showing us everything and made sure we were ready to go before he left

Anthony delivered and set up my new TV and took the big old non-working one away. He connected the new one to everything and showed me how to use it. He also set up my new Roku at later appointment and showed me how to use it. I'm very pleased with the service. Everything is working perfectly and I am enjoying my new setup. Anthony is very knowledgeable and professional.

Jon and Sammy I installed my new TV, then discovered that my cable box and old TV were not fried by a lightning strike as I thought. They then uninstalled the new TV and reinstalled by old TV. I am grateful for their honesty. The issue was with my old power strip which did not have a power light and I assumed it was fried, when it had just tripped to OFF during the lightning. Jon and Sammy are two fine young men and Best Buy should be proud to have them representing the company.

I was so pleased with the clerk at Best Buy. The prompt delivery set up and removal of old TV. It was so easy and convenient would have and already did refer Geek squad to assist her with tVand computer set up in her home.

I was so grateful I had this service. The tech was so, so nice and helpful, fast, knowledgeable and smiled with all my stupid questions. I will never be without this service it was so worth it.
