    I have used Geek Squad for many years and I am never disappointed. They were friendly and professional. If anyone needs help these are the guys to go to. They set up, explain, and help you understand your new device. I always recommend this service.

    We bought an LG OLED65E6P in 2016. After a couple of years, there was burn in on the screen, from too many hours of cable news - the banners don’t change enough and don’t move enough to prevent burn in. I visited the Best Buy store nearby and they said that since I had bought the protection plan, they’d replace it with a new 2018 model. Which is great! However, the 2016 model was mounted on the wall, so I had to get Geek Squad to come out and take the old TV off the mount and put the new one on. Two guys came and they did a great job. It took the two of them to handle the TVs so they didn’t get damaged. To make it a little harder, the mount had to be moved up on the wall to make room for the bottom of the new LG TV to clear the TV stand I have below it. They waited to be sure I was satisfied that everything was working, after we went through the first time set up. No way I could have taken the thing down myself - it’s not heavy, just awkward. Plus I had a hard time seeing behind the TV as to how the mount was connected to the TV. They figured it out and it’s a done deal. 3 words of advice: 1) Get at least a 2 year Best Buy warranty extension if you get an OLED. The picture is the best you can get, but they are subject to burn in, as I learned the hard way. 2) Have Geek Squad mount the TV on the wall for you. Your TV will stay on the wall during an earthquake, and otherwise be mounted correctly. 3) After 30 days or so, have Geek Squad come out and adjust the colors and other settings. You will get the perfect picture after they use their analalysis tools to get it to perfect specifications. It takes about 30 days of viewing to warm up the TV, to get it ready for the calibration. A 4th recommendation is to buy the 1-year tech support contract they have. Even if you don’t need the tech support, you get discounts on things like the calibration and wall mounting that easily pay for the contract and then some.

    Tv mount and washer dryer install

    The service provided was excellent when they came in it’s just couldn’t do together appt for not washer dryer and tv install and also install took a few appt that wasn’t connected between what I got and what showed for dispatch team but at last it was done right.

    Excellent work. The two people worked great as a team, kept me up-to-date on what they were doing. They wall-mounted the TV where the old one had been and wlked me through the controls. Friendly, professional service.

    PCM mode for stereo audio systems a must

    They spent about a hour here and they mounted it on a Amazon stand and installed the audio system, dvd and Roku stick as well as the internet connection. The audio system, which had to be replaced was found to be incompatible with my 2013 plasma tv, so I got a new tv. The main problem they encountered was that the audio system didn’t report when the tv was connected to satellite, but worked fine with the dvd and Roku. Also the audio system cut off when the volume was up to 60. Not for sure if the audio system was at fault they recommend getting a swap for the audio system that was purchased elsewhere. They left the tv in self audio mode and said they would be happy to come back and try again. Problem is that I recalled reading the audio system manual that because it was a dedicated stereo system, the tv had to be set in PCM Mode which I found in the tv settings. Major problem solved. Also, my speakers were not properly bi-amped. Problem 2 solved. I canceled the appointment when the replacement arrived and returned the unit. I was pretty proud of myself for solving the problem and don’t hold any grudge towards the Geek Squad Techs. They tried everything possible several times to no avail. They were great guys otherwise and I hate to dock them a star. If it wasn’t for PCM mode, I probably would’ve had to exchange the audio system for a 5.1 or more to work right with the tv.

    Our agents were amazing! When they realized the tv we purchased wasn't going to fit in out space how we needed it to, they found a replacement that very day, returned the first tv and then brought back the replacement and set it up. And they were super friendly!

    Not being technically inclined, this is the best route for me when purchasing any type of tech. Having the Total Tech Support contract gives me access to a variety of services that take away any frustration when making new purchases. Knowing that I have the Geek Squad at my side to come out and get my equipment set up not only properly, but quickly is comforting.

    Arron and Larry installed our wall mount tv and did a great job. They were punctual, helped us to get the right height on the wall, didn’t make a mess and were very thorough on showing us features of the tv.

    Agent Parsa (from Tukwila) was super nice & very efficient. I cannot remember the other Agent's name (Federal Way)! My apologies, but they were both great! Wore booties, masks, gloves, etc. Sanitized the remotes and took all the trash with them. Luv the TV! The Geek Squad are better at customer service than the Best Buy staff. Interesting....

    The representative did an outstanding job. He carefully set up the new TV and the remote including connecting to my home wifi, Netflix and Amazon Prime Video accounts. And then he explained how to use the new TV and remote functions. I would use Geek Squad installation again.

    The agent was friendly and knowledgeable and informed us of needed Xfinity item. This was for our small TV that we already had, but was affected by our purchase of a new and larger TV in another room. It also needed a Xfinity item because we use Comcast.

    The 2 Geek Squad members showed up on time. And it took them probably about a half hour to unpack and set up my tv. It was well worth having them do it. I could have done it but it would have taken me so much more time to do so. Kind of like moving into a new house You can spend all day doing the heavy lifting or you can hire some movers who are experienced and it’s done in a shorter time. All you have to do is sit back and relax for the most part.

    The two Geek Squad agents installed my TV quickly and explained everything about it. They even told me my Comcast box was old and that I should take the old box back and get the newer model so my picture would be better. I thought the picture was great and when I got the new box it was even better. It’s too bad Comcast charges so much and then can’t notify you when they have upgrades. Thanks to the Geek Squad my picture is even better than I could have imagined.
