The Geek Squad did an OUTSTANDING job of setting up and connecting my 77 inch Sony OLED TV. They proceeded quickly and efficiently through their tasks and kept me informed of options and operating data. The technicians stayed until everything was operating correctly. I had also paid for removal of the old TV set and they took care of a large and heavy set.

Install was well done; tech explained how TV work and new remote works and patienly answered any questions I had; top service!

Geek squad set up my tv so that I don’t have to make any adjustments. They arrived early and were finished with everything quite quickly. They cleaned up everything and hauled away the box. Very satisfied.

Just what any electronically challenged senior wants to do....spend an hour or so setting up and installing a 55 inch TV....NOT... THE GEEK SQUAD delivered, installed the TV, set up the programs and menu, ensured we were up to date on the operation, happy with the sound, and the picture. Pleasant, professional staff as always. The easiest 45 minutes I ever had installing a tv thanks to the GEEK SQUAD.

Erik had recommended the Sonos sound bar to work with my Sonos speakers to create surround sound in my living room and a swivel TV mount. A quick installation & Erik explained my system to me. Easy to understand. Professional and very nice. I love my sound system and how it works with my TV. Highly recommend Geek Squad. They are able to recommend systems that will work best in your living situation. Thank you!

This Geek Squad visit was to exchange a replacement TV with one that had failed while under warranty. Aaron did an excellent job of packing the bad TV in the box from the new TV which I was glad about, since except for not working it was in perfect condition.

Definitely worth it, and even better that it was included with the total tech package. Staff showed up on time, was courteous and efficient. They even put on covers for their shoes when entering my place. Highly recommend it, especially if you purchase a large tv screen like a 65' or 75' inch tv

Stephen Franklin was the best. He put it together in a timely manner after checking to make sure it was not damaged in the shipping process. He and Koby cleaned up the foam and loose paper. They removed the boxes.

Carmello could not have been better--thoughtful, patient, friendly, polite. Many more nice words would describe him! I am so glad I had the Geek Squad setup--made the transition so easy. My last TV was 13 years old, so I needed lots of help and Mello gave it! Give him a promotion!

The agents brought my 85 in Roku TV and Mount that I purchased. I am new to Total Tech and I am very impressed. The agents were fast, friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Glad I purchased the Total Tech subscription and I plan to use it alot more in the future!

Installer was polite and fast. Reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that he ignored my request for cord control, so I had to disconnect and reconnect to make things look neat.

Very respectful Employees. Answere all my question. Clean everything up. Had a problem with first tv. things happen. Burnout in one day.! Geek squad replace the tv. Folks I tell you get the warranty. Or your stuck if something happens.

Matt is great! I had a family emergency and missed my appointment. I called Matt back, he was so nice and willing to reschedule for later the same day. Every person I have spoke with from Geek Squad has been very knowledgeable and friendly.

Paying for the setup on this was well worth the money. I didn't have to mess around with cables or settings they knew what needed to be done and went over how to use made this more enjoyable experience
