    My installation was pretty simple for them to accomplish. I have Total Tech so let them do the work. Two installers came to set it up and they took away all the packing materials. One nice thing of them doing it is that they gave me a tip to make my viewing easier on the other TV that I had already set up.

    The Geek Squad tech left a message on my answering machine the day before to confirm the delivery and setup. He called the next morning at 7:50 to let me know that he would arrive in 20 minutes. He did. I was so pleased that a scheduled time was honored by a service representative. He and his partner worked together to unpack the TV, attach the stand, and set it up with my cable in minutes. They were both very polite and personable. I was happy with the entire experience since I was unwilling and unable to do it myself. Way to go, Geek Squad.

    Love the t.v., excellent picture. I have it paired with a klipsch cinema 600 sound bar and 10 inch sub. I had geek squad set up and pair with the internet, cable and other devices. It was easy for them and has worked flawlessly since. My wife and I are amazed every night at the upscaling picture quality. I do enjoy hockey and the motion rate has removed any puck blur we had with our old t.v. Very happy with the purchase.

    The service provided was excellent when they came in it’s just couldn’t do together appt for not washer dryer and tv install and also install took a few appt that wasn’t connected between what I got and what showed for dispatch team but at last it was done right.

    The agent was friendly and knowledgeable and informed us of needed Xfinity item. This was for our small TV that we already had, but was affected by our purchase of a new and larger TV in another room. It also needed a Xfinity item because we use Comcast.

    Our agents were amazing! When they realized the tv we purchased wasn't going to fit in out space how we needed it to, they found a replacement that very day, returned the first tv and then brought back the replacement and set it up. And they were super friendly!

    The 2 guys that came and set up my TV (so sorry that I do not remember their names) were so very friendly and helpful and could not have been any nicer or patient with me.

    The guys were running behind, but called to let me know how much delay to expect. They came within their estimated delay. Both techs wore masks per the Covid-19 restrictions. They moved the current TV downstairs. Both were efficient, professional, and answered all my questions. They removed all the packaging, assembled the stand, hooked up the cables, and quickly went through all the startup menus. The TV is working great!

    PCM mode for stereo audio systems a must

    They spent about a hour here and they mounted it on a Amazon stand and installed the audio system, dvd and Roku stick as well as the internet connection. The audio system, which had to be replaced was found to be incompatible with my 2013 plasma tv, so I got a new tv. The main problem they encountered was that the audio system didn’t report when the tv was connected to satellite, but worked fine with the dvd and Roku. Also the audio system cut off when the volume was up to 60. Not for sure if the audio system was at fault they recommend getting a swap for the audio system that was purchased elsewhere. They left the tv in self audio mode and said they would be happy to come back and try again. Problem is that I recalled reading the audio system manual that because it was a dedicated stereo system, the tv had to be set in PCM Mode which I found in the tv settings. Major problem solved. Also, my speakers were not properly bi-amped. Problem 2 solved. I canceled the appointment when the replacement arrived and returned the unit. I was pretty proud of myself for solving the problem and don’t hold any grudge towards the Geek Squad Techs. They tried everything possible several times to no avail. They were great guys otherwise and I hate to dock them a star. If it wasn’t for PCM mode, I probably would’ve had to exchange the audio system for a 5.1 or more to work right with the tv.

    The agents were all on time, efficient and friendly. The experience exceeded all expectations. The agents were totally focused on getting the work completed in a very professional and relaxing manner, Having Geek Squad provide the delivery, install, set up and haul away is the only way to go.
