In home set-up is well worth the cost. They deliver - no trying to get it in the car or having sensitive electronics rattling around in the back of a (borrowed) pick-up. The techs unpack from the bulky box, and set up the TV. This is at least the second TV I have had BB set up, and I appreciate the service as well as the personable techs who do the work.

Agents worked efficiently and assisted throughout setup to restore services available on my old smart TV. They were very patient helping a senior citizen with fat fingers work through the routines.

Well the two gentlemen who delivered and set up our 65 inch Samsung were very good, quick, took the boxes away and cleared things up, However, they didn’t set up the tv to Hargray. We had to call someone from the Geek squad to see why we couldn’t get the local channels. As a result the tv still isn’t set up. Waiting for Hargray to come Tues. with a new remote and to set it up the way the second person from the square said.

First TV ordered was brought to the house , paid for and installed but didn't work so had to be returned. Went to the store the same day and selected another/ After waiting half the next day for them to call, I finally called the 800 number to find out the earliest time they could give me an apt was 4 days later. I told the poor girl I was on the same original apt and they had my money and my TV. Wore out two batteries on my home phones with her and only got a promise that someone would give me a call. The guy did call and did a yeoman's job at getting a crew out that night. Very professional from that point on, and they gave me a color calibration gratis a couple of weeks later.

Benjamin Burkey spent almost 2 hours setting everything up. He was very knowledgeable and meticulous. He answered all of my questions and even called to check on things the next day! He was the best Geek Squad person that I have worked with and I would recommend him to anyone. You have a fantastic employee in Benjamin!

THE YOUNG MAN THAT DELIVERED/SET UP THE TV WAS VERY POLITE AND DID A GREAT JOB. Unfortunately, he is the only one at the Geek Squad and the store in Morehead City that I would ever want to deal with again. For that reason, I wouldn't recommend Geek Squad or Best Buy at Morehead City.

I purchase a 9500 Samsung curved TV and a mount and had an excellent geek squad member set it up entirely and program the remote.

The agents connected our TV quickly. They were polite and knowledgeable, We were so pleased with the agents we are hoping to get the same 2 agents to install a ring security system for us.

The two guys who set up my system were outstanding. Gave me ideas of other things to do - really appreciated their service.

Geek Installer (Xavier Boddie), with proper arrival time notifications and on time arrivals, setup TV on flat service prepared by customer. He properly connected equipment, as he, with utmost courtesy and patience, detailed explained connection hookups, functions, and features of Remote and TV capabilities and applications. Through no fault of Installer, the insignia 4K Fire TV's HDMI connections generated "No Signal Detected". Nothing worked after many different types of hookup maneuvers. Installer, in coordination with supervisor, surmised that the problem must be in the Customer's Xfinity Set Box (XG2v2-P). Needed Xfinity Set Box XG1v4 or Xi6 for any 4K TV.

Installers did an excellent job. Went beyond what was expected of them. Could not be happier.

Ordered the TV for my parents and they were excellent at getting everything set up and took the time to explain everything to them.

Two Geek Squad Members came and put together a new stand and installed the new set and sound bar. They also set up operation with Comcast and explained the operation of the set along with the remote. They also moved the previous set to a new location as well as reconnecting DVD unit along with other ancillary boxes. The two Squad members were personable, efficient and made the transition to the new set seamless. I would certainly use them again.

The installation was great. Austin was able to quickly set up my TV and did a great job setting up my components the way I wanted. Very neat and orderly. Good guy too.

The person who delivered our TV and set it up provided excellent customer service! He was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. He took his time to make sure we knew how to operate everything and explained things to us a couple of times! He dealt with our cable connection with no problems at all.
