    The duo team were very skilled at setting the Sony Bravia, They were courteous, professional yet friendly, They answered all my questions promptly. The set up was fast and they picked up my old tv in a jiffy. All in all 10 stars!!!

    Geek Squad was so very helpful installing the Youtube TV stick on 1 TV and installing the app on my other TV. It was a little tricky on my large LG TV but they figured it out and made sure I knew how to find my favorite channels and understood how to save a program to watch later.

    Smooth sailing, from picking out the most appropriate TV for my needs, to installation and brief instructions on how to use my new equipment. This was followed up by another visit to understand options for enhancing my viewing experience, where clear and easy to understand options were presented. I would definitely recommend Geed Squad support for people not up with the latest technology.

    The agents were professional, warm, expert, thorough, and patient. It was a pleasure having them deliver, set up, and explain how to use my new TV. They removed my old TV as requested, and completely cleaned up the area where they were working. Superb service!!!

    I love the performance of the Hisense tv, especially the sound. Kenny was extremely efficient, helpful kind as he set up my tv and showed me how to navigate programming and streaming for the first time. Two young geek squad members were very good in setting up a fire stick.

    Want to make your life way easier. Purchase a total Tech Membership & let the Geek Squad set up your new purchases or relocate you old ones to another room. These individuals are up to date on how to get your purchases set up, tested & ready for use in a matter of minutes. Top Notch!

    Excellent communication and quick set upo. He was amazing at teaching us how certain functions actually operate. Can’t recommend this service enough! He did mention that this service would be phased out.

    Agent Parsa (from Tukwila) was super nice & very efficient. I cannot remember the other Agent's name (Federal Way)! My apologies, but they were both great! Wore booties, masks, gloves, etc. Sanitized the remotes and took all the trash with them. Luv the TV! The Geek Squad are better at customer service than the Best Buy staff. Interesting....

    Way to schedule appointment. Constant update on arrival date and time. Arrived right on time. Got to work setting up tv with necessary computer settings and streamer settings. Very polite neat with removal of old set.

    Worth every penny. Rob and Perry were great. First they wore booties in the house and I didn't even have to ask. Both wore masks another plus! They spent time setting up and loading the TV. Then they patiently explained operational functions. Cleaned up after they set up. They were both professional, polite, and most of all patient! Thank you Rob and Perry

    We bought an LG OLED65E6P in 2016. After a couple of years, there was burn in on the screen, from too many hours of cable news - the banners don’t change enough and don’t move enough to prevent burn in. I visited the Best Buy store nearby and they said that since I had bought the protection plan, they’d replace it with a new 2018 model. Which is great! However, the 2016 model was mounted on the wall, so I had to get Geek Squad to come out and take the old TV off the mount and put the new one on. Two guys came and they did a great job. It took the two of them to handle the TVs so they didn’t get damaged. To make it a little harder, the mount had to be moved up on the wall to make room for the bottom of the new LG TV to clear the TV stand I have below it. They waited to be sure I was satisfied that everything was working, after we went through the first time set up. No way I could have taken the thing down myself - it’s not heavy, just awkward. Plus I had a hard time seeing behind the TV as to how the mount was connected to the TV. They figured it out and it’s a done deal. 3 words of advice: 1) Get at least a 2 year Best Buy warranty extension if you get an OLED. The picture is the best you can get, but they are subject to burn in, as I learned the hard way. 2) Have Geek Squad mount the TV on the wall for you. Your TV will stay on the wall during an earthquake, and otherwise be mounted correctly. 3) After 30 days or so, have Geek Squad come out and adjust the colors and other settings. You will get the perfect picture after they use their analalysis tools to get it to perfect specifications. It takes about 30 days of viewing to warm up the TV, to get it ready for the calibration. A 4th recommendation is to buy the 1-year tech support contract they have. Even if you don’t need the tech support, you get discounts on things like the calibration and wall mounting that easily pay for the contract and then some.

    We would like to praise Trevor for the services he has provided us. First of all, he was extremely pleasant. He contacted us frequently to confirm our appointment and give us a good idea of when to expect him. Secondly, he helped us through a trying experience -the new TV stand we bought could not handle the feet of the 50" tv due to the design of the stand. He took the time to find a model that would fit. He contacted Susan at the Erie location to process the return and purchase a different brand that would fit. We were so thankful for the smooth process. Kudos to Susan, also. She, too, was pleasant and helpful.

    The techs that installed tv set did a good job and knew there trade., however very disappointed in the charge to install a 3g tv set. We have been a long time customer of Best Buy and subscribe to the Keek squad program, the installation service should have been included to cover the installation, time to reconsider the annual fee fir this program.

    The 2 Geek Squad members showed up on time. And it took them probably about a half hour to unpack and set up my tv. It was well worth having them do it. I could have done it but it would have taken me so much more time to do so. Kind of like moving into a new house You can spend all day doing the heavy lifting or you can hire some movers who are experienced and it’s done in a shorter time. All you have to do is sit back and relax for the most part.
