Two fellows (late in the day) hooked up TV and set four devices. They also programed an Elite remote. The system works as I hoped it would. When they left everything was ready to go. I would not have anything changed. Their knowledge and humor was a welcome solution to an expensive project. I would certainly give them the highest marks. I am glad I invested in the Geek Squad.

The agents who delivered and programmed LG 77-inch tv were very helpful in explaining the “how -to” of the set . Their professionalism Is second to none! Very friendly and cleaned up the place like nothing happened! Thank you guys!!!

We scheduled this to help with TV setup and installation. Turns out the installation was very straight forward and we were able to do it easily ourselves. We cancelled the home service, and that was very easy too! The Squad was great!

The agent came in and installed my TV, sound bar and wireless subwoofer. They did an excellent job and the picture on my TV is out of this world. Thank you so much for that amazing staff and service.

The two young men were very polite, helpful and very handsome looking. I like your Geek Squad employees for all of our purchase from Best Buy from our kitchen appliances to PC’s. The agents set the TV on our entertainment center and made sure it was secured.

The two gentlemen who delivered & set up were great! Professional, positive attitudes, & knowledgeable. They took their time in explaining everything, weren't rushing to get to next delivery & were very helpful! Outstanding job!!!

Cesar did an excellent job in connecting my TV and programming. He was ver professional and knowledgeable. I just purchases another TV and wojld hope that Cesar can come to set it up.

Paid the Geek Squad to fine-tune a new Vizio 55" 4K TV after I installed it. They did a good job of explaining the setup options to my wife. Unfortunately the TV would randomly turn itself on, even in the ECO mode and with no HDMI cables attached. Best Buy replaced it with an identical new set and the delivery people were nice enough to help lift it onto the swivel mount. I would have needed to pay again for a second Geek Squad visit, so I tuned it myself. Overall, the first visit was great but I am disappointed with the lack of follow up after having to have the TV replaced.

The agents had our TV and stand assembled quickly. They were meticulous. Very knowledgeable, answered any questions, and made sure we could run everything prior to their leaving. Great team. Highly Recommended and Appreciated

Excellent Service! My first ever geek squad install and I couldn't be more pleased. The guys arrived on time, told me exactly what they were going to do and then did it quickly and cleanly. They would've stayed much longer and helped me install apps on the TV if i'd let them. Very happy I let someone else do the install this time!

We purchased a Samsung TV & I asked Geek Squad to install it for us because we're elderly, my husband is disabled and we had quite a few stupid questions. The gentleman from Geek Squad was here right away installing it. He was so helpful, considerate and nice. He made sure we were happy. I am going to try to get him back here to install a sound bar :)

We purchased a universal remote to combine all items to the one remote. They were so professional, extremely considerate and exceptional teachers! There were no questions on how anything works when they left. At first I thought it was a very frivolous, expensive items. Wow-- was I wrong I would recommend the service highly and hope if I need it again- I would have the same crew.

The agents were very helpful and knowledgeable and quickly set up my new TV and integrated it with Comcast XFinity. They were intrepid in that they came to my home despite Best Buy giving them an incorrect phone number and they couldn't contact me. That's a different story - at the store I asked 2 Best Buy employees to update my phone number and apparently they wouldn't or couldn't.

Scheduled an install for my new 75' Samsung. The two techs arrived earlier than expected but had called before hand and asked if it was ok to do so. Upon arriving, they mentioned how everything was going to work. The two techs were very friendly, and the work was completed quickly which explains why they were earlier than scheduled.

Needed a TV in our living room, and The Geek Squad set it up showed us how to use it, now we can hear the news in both room, while I am cooking. They made it so easy. Thank You for the great service. I think the installing and understanding how to use theses products is the reason older people don't buy more, because without your service the products are useless.

Our TV was supposed to be delivered between noon and 4 PM, but at 11 am we got a call saying TV was not available. After some discussion, our service person said he'd search for one and call us back. One hour later the call came in saying he'd located one and would be at our place by 2 pm. He showed up on time, performed the set up and made sure everything was finely adjusted. This guy went out of his way to ensure a happy customer!
