This service was extremely helpful. You don't realize how big of a box a TV will come in, especially when the TV itself is really big. I don't think we could have unboxed it and set it up on our TV stand alone. They came in, had it set up in no time, and everything was ready to go. Definitely worth paying that little bit of extra for the setup.

The service was good and I could not have set up my 77 inch tv without it.

The Expert from Geek Squad quickly installed the TV, connected teh device to internet and explained the feature.

TV installed quickly without any issues. It was a basic install using the stand and put on my bedroom dresser.

The Geek Squad did an excellent job of removing my old set and installing the new Sony. I had a Blu-Ray DVD player, Comcast Cable, and a Yashica Sound Bar which added a bit of difficulty to the set up. When the work was complete, the technician walked me through how different things worked and I noted that he had done a little extra work to make things clearer. Several problems that had dogged the prior installation were cleared up.

The team set up my new TV and connected all cables and remote use to my existing Xfinity box and remote. The two agents (Tom and Jesse) were very knowledgeable and worked efficiently and very pleasant.

The installer RUBEN was awesome. He was very knowledgeable and took time to review things with me. He was a Geek Squad Employee which makes a big difference. I have had a sub-contractor come out...no go. Thanks.

Being a Best Buy Total Tech Support member has made just made it easier and easier to make purchases which require delivery and installation. Our 50” Samsung was in that category. The technician that processed our order left no stone un turned. Thanks Best Buy.

Very good Technicians, they know their business and are very helpful, I can highly recommend their service. They take time to thoroughly explain how to use the equipment they install, and they take all of there empty boxes with them when they go.

Truly found the young gentleman to be knowledgeable, polite and quick workmen who answered shall we say a “senior” person’s questions, many considering I am a Microsoft user!! They installed quickly, picked up any refuse that was left over and told me to call them if I had any problems! Can’t ask for more than that, at the end of the day!

I have had SONY for some time but decided to get this Samsung 43" after reading a number of reviews. I am very satisfied with our TV so far & would recommend it. The picture quality is great as is the sound. The price was also comparable. The Geek Squad delivered & hooked up our TV in a very short time. A more than satisfied customer once again from Best Buy

Carter and Chris setup tv on cabinet and connected additional device. Appreciated the care they took removing my old tv and bringing in the new one. Great customer service skills and personable.

We made sales aware of weight and size of our old tv that was to be removed and hauled away. It was too heavy to be picked up by one man. He was able to move it to the front patio , but was unable to put it into his truck. He said the pick up service would be here within 2 days. I am hoping it’s tomorrow (27th) . *Gerry left his screw driver behind, he’s welcome to call and come by to pick it up

The Geek Squad was efficient, timely, professional, and did a great job installing our new television. I highly recommend them, and appreciate their knowledge in setting up the tv. They moved another television set for us and it was appreciated. GREAT WORK GUYS!!!

The agents assembled my new stand and bolted it to the new TV. Then connected the TV to my battery backup and DirecTV setup. All done within an hour. Excellent! More than happy.
