After mounting 3 TVs carefully and quickly, the Geek Squad guys took the time to show us what they did and how to dismount and remount the TVs. They removed all boxes from my home, and cleaned up the areas where they worked. Very professional and courteous! Highly recommend their service if you are looking for TV install/mounting. Thanks for a wonderful experience!

The first guys that showed up were terrible they shook me down for 60 dollars to mount sound bar left a mess scrached the front door I called and complained also text on best buy member's site was told id get a call back and didn't.they were contractors. The next team that came over installed my ruku were geek people they were great did good job but were unable to address the 60 dollars or door geek squad super subcontractors suck please address

Blake and Marcus did a phenomenal job. They added a new tv mount to our brick fireplace, mounted our tv, connected our dvd player and Sonos sound system, and showed us how to use our new system. These guys are friendly and knowledgeable. An all around great job! Thank you!

Geek Squad was excellent.... Magnolia experience ???? Spent $8,500 on Home Theater, chose MAGNOLIA because of BEST BUY. Assumption was that if I had a problem, BEST BUY would be there.... Took over a month, two (2) replacements for new (3 month old) 65" OLED TV, dozens of phone calls, etc. Agita... NEVER AGAIN! The agent helped me with my personal computer. He also explained about the virus that computer got.Also, I asked about my personal Apple 10 cellular how to use as a password my finger print. He explained in details how to do, I practiced it twice. I did good by myself. The staff of Geek Squad are well prepared and always are happy to help to the customers. They a lot of patience,

The agents replaced a defective video Motherboard, tested it and did a new Factory setup on the 75" HD TV. They disconnected all the component video and audio connections, removed the TV from a recessed wall location, laid it facedown on the floor, removed the rear panel, connected the new Motherboard, then remounted and reconnected the TV to all components. Did it all very professionally.

They came to me my house to check out my 70” vizio paper weight never buy a vizio 6 month and the back light went twice.They explained why it couldn’t be fixed and how much in labor and parts it might have been. So the panel couldn’t be fixed but now I have total tek support for a year if anything happens to my Sony x900f and other devices.

The system was delivered and set up by the Geek Squad in short time. They hauled away our old and very heavy TV from our basement. There was an issue with a cable, but the installer had the correct cable in his truck. He explained what everything was and how to use it so even I could operate it, and that says a lot. We could not be more happy with our now system. We love it.

After having the Geek Squad install the TV I lost the ability to get a picture and work the remote. I called the Geek Squad for help and in a very short time I was lead through the process of getting the picture back. I was happy I purchased the maintenance contract based upon my experience. The installer also called later to make sure the problem was fixed. Happy I chose Best Buy and the Geek Squad.

The tech came in Covid ready, assessed my broken dishwasher, repaired said item and left. Extremely nice, informative and quick. Don't know why I hesitated to call The Geek Squad for service for 3 weeks, but I regret it now, it was a life saver. Repaired/replaced the pump instead of the entire dishwasher, saved us hundreds!

The geek squad was on time for my appointment and on wall installation took only 1 hour. They were awesome and used the TV mount that I had and also the plastic cable channel that I painted to match the wall color to hide the cables..Awesome job geek squad , thank you 6 stars,5 stars not enough!

The Geek Squad is excellent for quality and customer service for all Best Buy products. Our entire surround sound including TV, Sonos, Roku was set-up in 4 rooms. Additional A/V features were purchased and installed and configured by the Geek Squad.
