    The seeds are already in the pods and all you have to do is cut the produce with scissors and it will regrow and regrow and so on my wife loves it.

    Came with 9 pods. 7 of them haven't sprouted anything after three and a half weeks. I had purchased the same thing last year for someone else and all or most of the pods worked for them.
